摘要: An apparatus for vacuumizing and sealing a package includes a plurality of platens and vacuum chambers, each chamber adapted to mate with a dedicated one of the platens; a conveying system for conveying the platens and chambers along a generally angular path having a single axis of rotation; an automated loading assembly having a linear component and configured to load a package onto each of the platens; an automated unloading assembly having a linear portion and configured to unload a vacuumized, sealed package from each loaded platen onto an outfeed conveyor; and a vacuumizing/sealing system configured to cause relative movement of each chamber/platen pair, along a portion of the angular path, to form therebetween an air-tight enclosure accommodating the package and effect vacuumization and sealing of the package.

摘要: A method for producing a partly transparent body with a color gradient, include: providing a transparent first casing having a first joint surface on a protrusion and including an encased object; providing a second casing which is not completely transparent and which has a second joint surface in a recess. The shape of the protrusion and the shape of the recess correspond to each other; and combining the first casing and the second casing by inserting the protrusion into the recess and melting the first joint surface of the first casing with the second joint surface of the second casing. A pressure force and a temperature are applied to the first joint surface and the second joint surface such that the first joint surface of the first casing transitions into the second joint surface of the second casing in a visually seamless manner, followed by a removal of material.

摘要: There is provided a moisture-sensitive vacuum packing machine, and particularly, there is provided a moisture-sensitive vacuum packing machine for sensing moisture within a chamber. The moisture-sensitive vacuum packing machine includes: a device housing having a controller and a vacuum driving unit; a chamber unit positioned above the device housing and having a first chamber and a second chamber whose interiors are vacuumized when the vacuum driving unit operates; and a sensing unit installed in the chamber unit such that it is associated with the controller, and sensing the presence or absence of moisture within the second chamber according to whether the sensing unit comes into contact with the second chamber.

An apparatus for manufacturing a cushion mat may include: a lower mold that has a cavity formed in its upper surface and is configured to receive a first sheet and a inner filler sequentially, where the first sheet may be disposed such that a boundary of the first sheet is exposed at a periphery part of the cavity; an upper mold that is configured to heat-seal the first sheet and a second sheet onto both sides of the inner filler by mating with the lower mold while the second sheet is disposed between the upper mold and the inner filler; and air suction nozzles that are disposed at the periphery part of the cavity of the lower mold to remove residual air from between the second sheet and the inner filler.

摘要: A method for forming thermoplastic composites includes: (a). cutting a thermoplastic film and a cloth material, with the thermoplastic film including a surface layer and an adhesive layer, and with a melting point of the surface layer higher than the adhesive layer; (b). placing the thermoplastic film on a platform of a molding machine, facing the adhesive layer upwardly, and covering the cloth material on the thermoplastic film, with the platform including a plurality of channels defined therein, a plurality of concave and convex patterns arranged on a top surface thereof, and plural pores evenly formed on the top surface thereof and communicating with the plurality of channels; and (c). heating the thermoplastic film by using a heating unit to melt the adhesive layer and to soften the surface layer.

摘要: A method is provided of manufacturing a vacuum insulation panel using three-dimensional printing technology. Individual layers of core material are built up to produce a rectilinear core having a very small internal wall thickness and numerable hollow areas, thus creating a core having a highly porous surface. The highly engineered porous core is then encapsulated in a plastic, aluminum or composite envelope and a vacuum is applied. Once all or most of the gas molecules are removed, the engineered VIP delivers a high level of insulation.

摘要: An installation assembly and an associated method for forming a bonded join are provided to permit the adhesive attachment of a first workpiece, such as a patch, to a portion of a second workpiece. The installation assembly and the associated method provide for at least partial debulking of the adhesive prior to curing of the adhesive such that the resulting bondline may have improved mechanical properties as a result of having fewer voids and/or porosity. The installation assembly may include an installation stand and a carrier plate supported by the installation stand and including an attachment surface configured to carry the first workpiece. The installation stand also includes an adjustment mechanism for positioning a carrier plate to a first predefined position to define a gap between the first and second workpieces and also to a second predefined position such that a predetermined bondline thickness is defined between the first and second workpieces.
