    摘要: A thermoplastic hydraulic composition, characterized in that it comprises 100 parts by weight of two types of thermoplastic resins different in their melting points and 500 to 1000 parts by weight of a hydraulic composition, and preferably 1 to 200 parts by weight of a fiber and/or 0.5 to 10.0 parts by weight of a releasing agent, wherein said hydraulic composition preferably is a mixed powder which comprises 50 to 90 wt % of a hydraulic powder and 10 to 50 wt % of a non-hydraulic powder having an average particle diameter of 1/10 that of the hydraulic powder or less. The thermoplastic hydraulic composition can be used for producing, by the use of injection molding, general machine parts, OA machine parts and the like having excellent mechanical properties, thermal resistance, dimensional stability and processability.

A mixture of ceramic particles and pliable organic hollow spheres is prepared in a liquid, typically as a suspension. The article is formed by pressing, slip casting, extruding or injection molding the mixture. The article is dried to remove the liquid, and then is fired so that the ceramic particles are bonded such as by sintering, and the organic spheres are burned off, resulting in a strong porous ceramic article having uniformly spaced interconnected voids (10).

    摘要: A self-sintered silicon carbide/carbon-graphite composite material having interconnected pores which may be impregnated, and a raw batch and process for producing the composite material, is provided. The composite material comprises a densified, self-sintered matrix of silicon carbide, carbon-graphite inclusions and small amounts of any residual sintering aids, such as boron and free carbon, and has interconnected pores which may be impregnated with resin, carbon, TEFLON , metal or other compounds or materials selected for their particular properties to achieve desired tribological characteristics for a specific application. The composite material is produced from a raw batch which includes silicon carbide, sintering aids, a temporary filler and coated graphite particles. The raw batch is then molded/shaped into a green body and heated to carbonize any carbonizable materials and to decompose and volatilize the organic filler to form a matrix of interconnected pores. The green body is pressureless sintered to densify the matrix. The interconnected pores may then be impregnated with a resin, carbon, metal, TEFLON , compound or other material selected for desired tribological characteristics.

    摘要: In a method for producing ceramic objects of large size, particularly objects of large dimensions in a single piece and with thin walls, the object made of plastic ceramic material is shaped, dried and fired in a manner known per se. The main feature of the invention is that a material losing the major part of its volume, leaving substantially no trace during the firing, with a minimum specific weight and a grain size comprised between 0.5 and 3.5 mm is added before shaping to at least part of the base material in a proportion depending on the plasticity of the base material and comprised between 20 and 50% by volume, at reduced temperature, preferably between 200 and 300 C. The material which is appropriate to this utilization is foamed polystyrol.
