본 발명은 외벽, 옹벽 등의 구조물에 문양을 형성하는 방법에서, 시멘트 100중량부 당 실리콘 50중량부가 혼합된 혼합실리콘을 형성한 후, 혼합실리콘을 상부면이 개방된 소정 단면의 형틀에 넣고, 형틀에 주입된 혼합실리콘 표면에 이형제를 바른 후 입체적 문양이 새겨진 조각부재를 눌렀다 떼어내는 제1단계; 제1단계의 과정을 통하여 음각의 문양이 새겨진 혼합실리콘과 형틀을 거푸집 일면에 부착하는 제2단계; 일측 또는 양측에 설치된 거푸집 내측에 박리제를 바른 후 콘크리트를 타설하여 양생하는 제3단계; 및, 제3단계에서 타설된 콘크리트가 양생된 후, 거푸집을 탈형하고 탈형된 거푸집의 일면에 부착된 형틀을 분리시키는 제4단계;의 과정으로 이루어져 콘크리트 양생 후 구조물의 일면에 문양이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The use as a casting bed of a wood object which is prepared by treating the wood object with an agent that increases the hydrophobicity of wood, and which agent is capable of reacting with the hydroxyl groups of wood. The agent that increases the hydrophobicity is particularly alkyl ketene dimer or alkenyl diketene dimer, which is brought onto the surface of the wood object in a molten state or in the form of a dispersion. When the agent reacts with the wood it also adheres to the cells of the wood, and is not flushed out into the environment.
Abstract:
A formwork release composition containing formwork release oil, which contains a hydrophobic metal oxide and/or metal sulphide component is disclosed. Photocatalytically active compounds, such as particular semiconductors and in particular TiO 2 , are particularly suitable. The invention also concerns the use of the formwork release composition for producing exposed concrete. The concrete and mortar products thus produced are characterized by a homogeneous surface with self-cleaning properties that gives an enhanced resistance against weathering and a much longer lasting brilliance and whiteness.

La présente invention concerne une composition de démoulage, destinée à la fabrication de pièces en matériau à prise hydraulique, comprenant au moins une huile et au moins un sel de calcium, les borates de calcium et les sels de calcium d'acides gras étant exclus des sels de calcium selon l'invention.. Elle vise par ailleurs un procédé de préparation de pièces moulées en matériau à prise hydraulique, comprenant l'étape consistant à : enduire les parois d'un moule approprié avec la composition selon l'invention; introduire la composition à prise hydraulique fraîchement préparée; et retirer la pièce du moule après durcissement et éventuellement cure de la composition.

The invention relates to a method of improving the removal of concrete-, plaster- or clay-based pieces from a mould. According to the invention, a composition is applied to the mould, said composition containing less than 0.2 % water comprising an ester of a fatty acid with between 4 and 24 carbon atoms and of a neopentylpolyol bearing at least three hydroxyl groups.

A thermoplastic hydraulic composition, characterized in that it comprises 100 parts by weight of two types of thermoplastic resins different in their melting points and 500 to 1000 parts by weight of a hydraulic composition, and preferably 1 to 200 parts by weight of a fiber and/or 0.5 to 10.0 parts by weight of a releasing agent, wherein said hydraulic composition preferably is a mixed powder which comprises 50 to 90 wt % of a hydraulic powder and 10 to 50 wt % of a non-hydraulic powder having an average particle diameter of 1/10 that of the hydraulic powder or less. The thermoplastic hydraulic composition can be used for producing, by the use of injection molding, general machine parts, OA machine parts and the like having excellent mechanical properties, thermal resistance, dimensional stability and processability.

Stable emulsions with excellent separating action in the removal of concrete shuttering can be made from separators for hydraulic binders which contain unsaturated fatty, Guerbet or oxo alcohols with 6 to 10 C atoms as the oil components. The effect can be significantly improved by the addition of 0.5 to 5 wt %. emulsifiers.

Surface retarder coating compositions of the invention are based on the use of at least one non-Ordinary Portland Cement (non-OPC) binder and at least one OPC set retarder agent, which are provided in powder form that can be mixed with water at the construction site. The coating is applied onto the surface of a mould or formwork using roller or spray equipment, and concrete can then be cast within 30-60 minutes against the coating. The OPC set-retarding agent operates to retard setting of the concrete so that it can be de- moulded the next day and its surface can be removed using a high pressure water spray to reveal aggregate embedded beneath the removed surface.

Fleckige Dunkelverfärbungen an Sichtbetonoberflächen können vermieden werden, indem dem Sichtbeton vor dessen Aushärten zumindest in seinem nach dem Aushärten die Sichtbetonoberfläche bildenden Bereich ein Verfärbungsminderungsmittel zugegeben wird, das Kationen von Alkalimetallen und anorganische und/oder organische Anionen enthält, und/oder zur Herstellung zumindest des nach dem Aushärten die Sichtbetonoberfläche bildenden Bereiches des Sichtbetons ein Zement mit einem Na 2 O-Äquivalent von mindestens 0,7 M.-%, welches durch Zugabe löslicher Alkalien erreicht wird, verwendet wird.
