A semiconductor assembly comprises a plurality of semiconductor dies that are stacked one on top of the other and bonded to each other using a two-part adhesive system, in which one part of the adhesive system is applied to the top side of one die and the second part of the adhesive system is applied to the back side of another die, in which the two parts of the adhesive system are reactive with each other, and in which the two parts of the adhesive system when contacted together initiate a reaction and partial curing between the two parts of the adhesive system.

The invention relates to a novel covering, especially a floor covering or similar, based on panels (9, 9') made of wood or a derived timber product, especially (décor) laminated panels made of wood or derived timber products, with a carrier on the underside and a wear layer on the visible side. Said panels are adhesively supported, can be arranged laterally and adjacently, and are provided with laterally, optionally mutually latchable or clickable positive locking elements such as grooves (92) and tongues (91). The covering is characterised in that the groove(s) (92) and/or the tongue(s) (91) of individual panels (9, 9') or individual surface areas thereof (921 925; 911 915) is/are provided with a filling, and a coating (95) with an extrusion (96) or similar made out of adhesive material or an adhesive initial material comprising self-adhesive and/or adhesively latent properties, and developing adhesive properties during the lateral adjacent assembly of the panels (9, 9 ) which is carried out by means of the groove(s) (92) and tongue(s) thereof, and/or made out of an adhesive activator which initiates or activates adhesive properties. Disclosed is a one -part, atmospheric curing, polyurethane adhesive composition that includes a polyurethane prepolymer that includes a reaction product of a polyol component and an isocyanate component, the polyol component comprising an unsaturated fatty acid esterified polyol comprising a reaction product of a first polyol and at least one of an ethylenically unsaturated oil and an ethylenically unsaturated fatty acid, the first polyol comprising at least three hydroxyl groups, and a % NCO of from at least 4 % by weight to no greater than 7 % by weight based on the weight of the prepolymer, the adhesive composition exhibiting a viscosity of no greater than 15,000 centipoise at 60 °C, and a T-peel value of greater than 40 grams per 25 mi llimeter in no greater than 4 hours, a method of making a laminate, and a laminate that includes a one-part, atmospheric curing, polyurethane adhesive composition.

A joint tape to be applied to wallboard is provided and includes a base substrate having opposing sides. In certain embodiments, a first adhesive layer is applied to one of the sides of the base substrate and a second adhesive layer is applied to the first adhesive layer, where the first adhesive layer is different than the second adhesive layer, in preferred embodiments the second adhesive being activatable by water. In certain other embodiments, two different adhesives are used in a single adhesive layer. In use, the joint tape is positioned over and removably secured to a joint or corner between adjacent wallboard panels using the first adhesive layer. After the joint tape is in position, joint compound is applied to the joint tape, and the water in the joint tape activates it to form a secure bond with the wallboard panels.

Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Ummantelung für langgestrecktes Gut (2), insbesondere eine Umhüllung für Kabelsätze. Dabei wird ein Klebeband (3, 4) aus einem Träger (4) und einer den Träger (4) an seiner Frontseite im Wesentlichen vollflächig bedeckenden ersten Klebebeschichtung (3) mit einem klebebeschichtungsfreien Trägerband (5) zu einem Laminat (3, 4, 5) vereinigt. Das geschieht derart, dass das Klebeband (3, 4) mit seiner ersten Klebebeschichtung (3) unter Definition eines ersten Überstandes (Ü 1 ) an wenigstens einer seiner beiden Längskanten an das Trägerband (5) angelegt wird. Erfindungsgemäß wird der Träger (4) des Klebebandes (3, 4) zusätzlich an seiner Rückseite im Wesentlichen teilflächig mit einer weiteren zweiten Klebebeschichtung (7) ausgerüstet.
