The invention relates to the field of zootechnics and livestock production. The problem solved by the invention is the lack of an agent which, without being an antibiotic or a steroid, contributes to the development and growth of animals of zootechnical interest, which improves the productive parameters thereof such as the feed conversion ratio, daily weight gain, mortality, amount of "lagging" animals, final weight or age for reaching same, and productivity index. The invention specifically relates to a method, an agent, the use of immunomodulator metallopeptides (IMMP) for producing the agent, and the method for producing the agent. The invention further relates to this method, which includes the use of the immunomodulator metallopeptides (IMMP) for producing the agent, the use of the agent, and the method for using same for improving the productive parameters of animals of livestock and zootechnical interest, such as birds, pigs and fish.

Particulièrement, l'eau de transformation de crevettes (EPC) est récupérée et soumise ô un système de flottation ô air dissous (DAF) après ajout de floculant. Les solides en suspension et dissous forment des agrégats récupérés ô la surface par une procédure appelée " écumage " ("skimming"). Le skimming est ensuite dirigé dans une centrifugeuse horizontale (décanteur) pour séparer la phase solide (SOC) et la phase liquide constituée d'eau et d'huile de crevette. La phase liquide est pompée vers la centrifugeuse verticale ô 3 phases pour séparer l'huile de crevette, l'eau et les solides. Les solides récupérés après séparateur peuvent ensuite être ajoutés ô la phase solide obtenue après la décantation. The invention relates to the production of fish feed with olive ingredients intended for farmed freshwater and saltwater fish and the aquaculturing of freshwater and saltwater fish which are fortified or enriched through their feeding with ingredients derived from olive processing byproducts. The invention also relates to the fortified or enriched fishes as such. In particular the invention relates to fishes if the families of Sparidae , such as gilthead seabream - binomial name: Sparus aurata - and Moronidae , such as seabass - binomial name: Dicentrarchus labrax . The fish feed contains olive kernel, including polar lipids with anti-Platelet Activating Factor action and the weight content of the olive kernel in the fish feed being in a range from 3.1 % to 7.7 % of the weight of the fish feed. According to the invention, fishes from the family of Sparidea or the family of Moronidae contain in their flesh biologically active polar lipids from olive kernel that act as Platelet Activating Factor inhibitors or agonists. The consumption of these fishes prevents the formation of atherosclerotic lesions in in vivo experiments with rabbits.

The invention relates to a method for operating a cricket mass-rearing farm for the purpose of producing a high-quality, protein-rich food supplement for animals. The waste from the farm is also used to produce a biofertilising substrate for market gardening. In order to achieve said goals, an ingenious farming system has been designed which provides better performance and facilities for eliminating waste and maintaining cleanliness in the cages. The insects are fed from a field of alfalfa grown on site and in accordance with the strict organic farming standards. The harvested crickets are then boiled, dried and crushed in order to produce high-protein meals. Said meals are then used in various formulations for feeding farm animals (fish, fowl, rabbits, etc.). Formulations are also provided which can be used to feed humans. As for the farming by-products, they are co-composted with green waste in order to obtain a biofertiliser. The products from said method are free of toxic elements and comply with organic farming quality standards.
