본 발명은 반도체 기판세정 등 반도체 공정에 사용되는 전해수 생성장치에 관한 것으로, 전해조의 수압을 향상시킴에 따라 전해수에 있어 원하는 용존수소, 용존산소, OPR을 가지도록 하여 세정력을 향상시킴과 동시에 전해조의 구조에 기해 일정한 전류가 흐르도록 함으로써 수압의 향상에 기한 전해효율이 저하되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 전해수 생성장치에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
The present invention is generally directed to a system for producing an algae biomass and wastewater that have reduced concentrations of contaminants. The algae and wastewater treated by the system of the present invention can be combined in a heterotrophic growth system in which the growth of the algae is increased due to the reduced concentration of contaminants. The algae grown in this manner also has a longer shelf life due to the lack of contaminants within the harvested algae.

The present invention concerns a method for reducing the amount of polluting and/or valuable elements through application of electrolysis, in particular of the electrocapturing phenomenon. The electrolysis according to the present invention is applied permanently over time in a polluted water body. The predetermined action area (115bis, 115ter) preferably has a smaller extension than the water body. The at least one phenomenon (125bis, 125ter) is preferably powered electrically through production of electrical energy in loco through at least one renewable energy source (140). The method is suitable for purifying large expanses of water, like seas, lakes, lagoons and rivers, through plants operating permanently, however this does not rule out other applications.

The invention provides an instant type liquid treating device which comprises a housing with an inlet and an outlet connected by a passage for passing a liquid medium through the device. The device further comprises at least one set of cooperating separate conductive faces connectable to an AC-power supply and directly exposed to each other in the passage such that the liquid medium can be treated by way of its own electrical resistance between the faces. A control is provided to facilitate relative movement of the faces.

Ions are important for human life. The current method to choose the ions type and the concentration is the traditional chemical dissolving ways. The invention proposes an apparatus and a method of preparing a solution (5) containing cations and anions. The apparatus comprises: at least one cation releasing module(10), each of which is configured to release at least one type of cations; at least one anion releasing module(12), each of which is configured to release at least one type of anions; and a controller (14) configured to control at least one said cation releasing module (10) and at least one said anion releasing module(12) to release corresponding types of ions. The embodiment of the invention automatically prepares a solution by respectively controlling the cations and the anions.

A water purification and disinfection system for treating water in a substantially closed circulating water system, in which the water purification and disinfection system includes an electrolysis tank (10) deployed in a side branch (20) of a main flow path (30) of the substantially closed circulating water system in such a manner that substantially all the water in the substantially closed circulating water system passes through the electrolysis tank (10). Also disclosed is an electrode configuration for use in the electrolysis tank of a water purification and disinfection system. The electrode configuration includes positive and negative electrical contact bars extending into the electrolysis tank, and positive and negative electrodes deployed such that the positive electrodes are supported by both positive and negative electrical contact bars and are in electrical communication only with the positive electrical contact bar, and the negative electrodes are supported by both positive and negative electrical contact bats and are in electrical communication only with the negative electrical contact bar.
