Abstract:
The present invention relates to TIMP-3 binding compositions, methods of producing such compositions, and methods of using such compositions, including in the treatment of various conditions.
Abstract:
Antigen binding proteins that bind to human CGRP receptor (CGRP R) are provided. Nucleic acids encoding the antigen binding protein, vectors, and cells encoding the same are also provided. The antigen binding proteins can inhibit binding of CGRP R to CGRP, and are useful in a number of CGRP R related disorders, including the treatment and/or prevention of migraine headaches.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the invention described herein relate to antibodies directed to the antigen parathyroid hormone (PTH) and uses of such antibodies. In particular, in some embodiments, there are provided fully human monoclonal antibodies directed to the antigen PTH. In further embodiments, nucleotide sequences encoding, and amino acid sequences comprising, heavy and light chain immunoglobulin molecules, particularly sequences corresponding to contiguous heavy and light chain sequences spanning the framework regions and/or complementarity determining regions (CDRs), specifically from FR1 through FR4 or CDR1 through CDR3, are provided.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to novel antibodies, particularly antibodies directed against deletion mutants of epidermal growth factor receptor and particularly to the type III deletion mutant, EGFRvIII. The invention also relates to human monoclonal antibodies directed against deletion mutants of epidermal growth factor receptor and particularly to EGFRvIII. Diagnostic and therapeutic formulations of such antibodies, and immunoconjugates thereof, are also provided.
