São descritas composições filmogênicas para bioadesivos anestésicos tópicos (BATs) compreendendo a) uma matriz biopolimérica de xantana selecionada dentre as espécies e patovares de Xanthomonas, incluindo Xanthomonas campestris patovares campestris e maninhotis, e Xanthomonas arboricola patovar pruni, produtora da xantana pruni, a matriz sendo constituída de variedades puras ou combinadas de xantanas em qualquer proporção, dita matriz compreendendo entre 1% e 95% em peso do peso total da composição, e aditivos ou excipientes; b) pelo menos um anestésico, em proporção entre 0,1% e 50% em peso do peso total da composição. Os bioadesivos anestésicos tópicos (BATs) são igualmente descritos.
