A novel crystalline molecular sieve designated SSZ-105 is disclosed. SSZ-105 is a disordered aluminosilicate molecular sieve comprising at least one intergrown phase of an ERI framework type molecular sieve and an LEV framework type molecular sieve. SSZ-105 is synthesized using N,N-dimethylpiperidinium cations as a structure directing agent. SSZ-105 may be used in catalytic and/or sorptive processes.

Na n M m k+ T t Al 1-x E x Si y O z where M represents zinc or a metal or metals from Group 1, Group 2, Group 3 or the lanthanide series of the periodic table, T is the organic structure directing agent or agents and E is a framework element such as gallium.
