Systems and methods wherein one or more processing operations on an identification document occur after a radiation curable material is applied to a surface of the identification document but before the radiation curable material is fully cured. The one or more processing operations can occur before any curing of the radiation curable material takes place. Alternatively, the one or more processing operations can occur after the radiation curable material has been partially cured, and before the radiation curable material is fully or completely cured.

A radiation curable article includes a silicone composition including a silicone oligomer and a photoactive catalyst, wherein the silicone oligomer comprises at least one alkenyl group and at least one hydride group, the radiation curable silicone oligomer having a viscosity of less than about 100,000 centipoise prior to cure. Further included is a method of forming a radiation curable article includes providing a silicone composition including a silicone oligomer and a photoactive catalyst, wherein the silicone oligomer includes at least one alkenyl group and at least one hydride group, the silicone oligomer having a viscosity of less than about 100,000 centipoise prior to cure; and irradiating the silicone composition with a radiation source.

본 발명의 자동차용 웨더스트립의 구조 및 제조방법에 따르면, 단면 형상이 U자 형상으로 형성되며 씰기능을 갖는 씰부, 상기 씰부와 일체로 형성되며 차량의 플랜지부에 결합되는 결합부재 및 상기 결합부재의 내부에 삽입된 심재를 포함하여 제조되는 자동차용 웨더스트립 구조의 제조방법에 있어서, (a) 상기 심재와 열가소성 엘라스토머를 압출 성형하여 웨더스트립을 제조하는 웨더스트립 제조단계; (b) 상기 제조된 웨더스트립의 표면을 전처리하는 전처리단계; (c) 상기 전처리단계에서 전처리된 표면에 실리콘과 폴리우레탄(polyurethane)을 포함하여 혼합된 슬립제를 도포하는 슬립제 도포단계; 및 (d) 상기 슬립제 도포단계에서 슬립제가 도포된 도막층을 경화시키는 경화단계;를 포함한다. 이상 살펴본 바와 같은 본 발명의 효과는, 감성품질, 보강성, 내마모성을 개선시킬 수 있는 자동차용 웨더스트립 구조의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for making a three-dimensional object from a solidifiable material using a linear solidification device and contourless object data is shown and described. A voxel matrix is superimposed over an object model defined by three-dimensional object data to determine active voxels that intersect at least a portion of the object model. The active voxels are related to a path generation reference frame of an apparatus for making a three-dimensional object to generate solidification energy source event data that defines scanning (y) axis location and/or solidification times at which a linear solidification device supplies solidification energy to a solidifiable material.
Abstract:
An apparatus for thermally processing a relief image printing element and a method of using the same are described. The printing element comprises at least one photopolymer layer and is selectively exposed to actinic radiation to crosslink portions of the at least one photopolymer layer. The apparatus comprises: (a) means for supporting the printing element; (b) heating means for melting or softening non-crosslinked portions of the at least one photopolymer layer; (c) at least one rotatable roll that is capable of bringing a blotting material into contact with the at least one photopolymer layer to remove the melted or softened non-crosslinked portions of the at least one photopolymer layer,; and (d) an element arranged adjacent to the at least one rotatable roll for removing non-crosslinked photopolymer remaining on a surface of the at least one rotatable roll after step c). The apparatus may alternatively be operated without a blotting material.
