    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing and purifying an anhydrous sugar alcohol in high yield and to a high degree of purity by means of a simple process and device, the invention comprising: a step in which a sugar alcohol and an acid catalyst are reacted in a reactor while at the same time evaporating the product therefrom; a step in which the evaporated product is cooled so as to remove water and obtain a crude anhydrous sugar alcohol; and a step in which the crude anhydrous sugar alcohol is introduced into a melt-crystallization process, thereby obtaining a high purity anhydrous sugar alcohol.
