    Abstract: 本发明公开了双黄酮类-锌配合物及其制备方法和应用。本发明以穗花杉双黄酮为配体,锌离子为中心离子,经反应得到穗花杉双黄酮-锌配合物,用红外光谱、紫外-可见吸收光谱和高分辨质谱对配合物的结构进行表征。同时,本发明研究了穗花杉双黄酮-锌配合物的抗肿瘤和抗氧化活性。MTT法表明穗花杉双黄酮-锌配合物具有较好的抗肿瘤活性,且抗肿瘤活性强于穗花杉双黄酮;邻苯三酚自氧化法、ABTS法均表明穗花杉双黄酮-锌配合物的抗氧化活性强于穗花杉双黄酮本身。双黄酮类-锌配合物的形成,提高了穗花杉双黄酮抗肿瘤、抗氧化活性,有望用于药物的开发。
