A motorized window treatment can include a headrail that is configured to be mounted to a structure. A covering material can be attached to the headrail and configured to be raised and lowered by a pair of lift cords that are operatively attached to a lift mechanism. The treatment can also include a bottom bar that is attached to an opposite end of the covering material as the headrail. The bottom bar can define a channel, which can house a sliding member that is configured to move along the bottom bar and is coupled to the ends of the lift cords. By sliding along the channel, the sliding member allows the lengths of the lift cords to change with respect to one another such that when a force is applied to the bottom bar the bottom bar will move from an unleveled position to a leveled position.

A set of up-down sliding door composes of an upper holding base (1) that is to be attached with the installation space. At the left side of the upper holding base (1 ), it is a left side holding base (2) for holding the left side of installation space, for inserting with the left side of an up-down sliding sheet (3). The right side of the upper holding base (1) is a right side holding base (4) for holding with the right side of installation space, for inserting with the right side of the up-down sliding sheet (3). At the inner of the upper holding base (1), there is a driving motor (9) of which one end of the motor's spinning axle (10) connects with a transmitted spinning bar (11) for transmitting the driving force for the transmitted spinning bar (11) rolling along. Part of the transmitted spinning bar (11) composes of a closure lanyard (14) for spinning along with the transmitted spinning bar (11) while connecting with one end of a closure lanyard (15). The other end of the closure lanyard (15) is inserted through the lower end of the up-down sliding sheet (3) to hold with the upper holding base (1) or hold with the upper edge that holding the setting up of the upper holding base (1). Around the side edge of the up-down sliding sheet (3), there is an outside closure for support bending prevention of side edge in each side. Both front and back space of the up-down sliding sheet (3), there is an outside closure of which its horizontal upper and lower edge holding in the way to form the hollow onto between closure, for inserting with outside inserting stick to maintain the form of the up-down sliding sheet (3) in horizontal way while it is on duty in sliding up or down.

An alarm system for rolling shutter comprised of plurality of alarm sensors is described. An alarm sensor is comprised of a conductive wire that is threaded within a slat and is connected in both sides to slat edge elements. The slat edge elements have a moving electrical contact that can be pulled out towards the inner wall of the shutter rail by a magnet. In selected heights along the rails, on both rails, a rail electric element comprising a magnet and a rail electrical contact are installed. A wire is connected from each rail electrical contact to an alarm control box. When the slat, which includes the slat-wire, is positioned in the same height as the rail electric elements, the moving contact on the slat makes a contact with the rail electric contact, thus creating a continuous electrical circuit from one rail electrical contact, through the slat, to the second rail electric contact. An attempt to move a slat, move the rails or cut the slat, will open the electrical circuit and generate an alarm, signal. An attempt to bypass the electrical circuit is detected by the change in the line resistance.

A control and movement device (1) for mosquito screens, curtains and the like, which are movable and of the roller type, which comprises a frame for supporting a sheet (3) that can be installed at an opening in an element of the type of a wall and the like, the frame comprising a fixed box (4), which is coupled to an edge of the sheet (3) and is associated stably with a corresponding margin of the opening, and a movable box (5) which is fixed on the side opposite to the sheet (3) and is able to perform a translational motion along respective lower guiding means (6) and upper guiding means (7) on command, along a direction which is substantially perpendicular to the fixed box (4), for the transition from a first configuration, in which the sheet (3) is substantially gathered at the fixed box (4), to a second configuration, in which the sheet (3) is extended to cover the opening, and vice versa. The lower guiding means (6) comprise a link track which is constituted by a plurality of mutually articulated segments and has a first end (8) coupled to the base of the fixed box (4) and a second end (9) which can slide into an inner seat of the lower headpiece (5a) of the movable box (5). The upper guiding means (7) comprise a flexible tape (16) having a first end (10) which is coupled to the top of the fixed box (4) and a second end (11) which can slide into an inner seat of the lower headpiece (5a) of the movable box (5) and is rigidly coupled to the slidable second end (9) of the link track (6) downstream of adapted transmission means (12) which are inside the movable box (5).

The flood protection device is a door, patio door, window, french window, garage door or similar solution for closing apertures in buildings offering flood protection up to a predetermined height that includes a number of conduits which may be installed within a wall, a window, door or any other barrier in the outer perimeter of a building and conduits that extend through the barrier to allow water to enter into the building above the pre-determined height. The conduits are sited at a height at or below the height at which the force exerted upon the barrier by external water is equal to the maximum force which the barrier can withstand without undergoing failure. The flood protection device may be fitted with a visual and audible internal indicator and locking or disabling mechanism to prevent the device being opened in the presence of flood water.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de sécurisation pour château d'eau (1) du type comprenant un support (10), une cuve (2) surélevée placé sur ledit support, et une toiture (3) couvrant ladite cuve, le support étant doté d'au moins un moyen d'accès (12) à la cuve et à une trappe d'accès (30) ménagée dans la toiture, une cheminée d'accès (23) traverse le fond de la cuve et remonte celle-ci jusqu'à une certaine hauteur sous ladite toiture, ledit dispositif de sécurisation comportant au moins un moyen de fermeture (4) incorporant au moins une partie sélectivement mobile assurant l'accès à l'intérieur de la cuve, ledit moyen de fermeture (4) s 'étendant dans le prolongement de la cheminée d'accès (23) jusqu'à atteindre la sous toiture (31), ce qui permet d'isoler l'intérieur de la cuve (2) de la cheminée d'accès et de la trappe d'accès à la toiture.
