Ein Kraft-Moment-Sensor zur Erfassung von Kräften und Momenten bei einer Robotikeinheit mit einem einteiligen Trägerkörper, der eine zylindrische Grundform aufweist, und mit zwei zueinander parallelen Anschlussscheiben sowie wenigstens drei die Anschlussscheiben miteinander verbindenden Brückenelementen versehen ist, denen jeweils wenigstens eine Messstelle zugeordnet ist, wobei jedes Brückenelement eine zentrale zylindrische Bohrung als Messstelle aufweist, ist bekannt. A force/torque transducer comprises a first member, a second member for receiving a load, and load cells connecting the first and second members. The load cells include sensors for measuring physical deformation of the load cells. Sensor measurements are convertible into force/torque measurements using a transformation matrix configured with M rows and N columns. M and N are respectively defined by a number of degrees of freedom monitored by the transducer and a number of load cells employed by the transducer, or vice-versa. Each row or column that corresponds to each load cell has values relating to that one load cell. Each row or column that corresponds to each degree of freedom has values relating to that one degree of freedom. A sum of the values in each row or column corresponding to each degree of freedom is substantially equal to zero.

A strain amplification sensor having a first base portion being coupled to a first member to be strain measured, a second base portion being coupled to a second member to be strain measured, and an amplifying lever system pivotally coupled between the first base portion and the second base portion. The amplifying lever system includes attachment locations that induce opposing relative motion resulting in detectable deflection of the amplifying lever system in response to application of strain between the first base portion and the second base portion.

An electronic measurement unit for a polymorphous device (1), comprising a number of lateral structures (4), each lateral structure including: a support structure (8, 10, 22, 26, 28); at least one sensor (12, 14) constrained to the support structure and generating an electrical signal indicative of a deformation of the support structure; and a coupling structure (42) that constrains a corresponding external covering element (40) to the support structure in a releasable manner, so that when the external covering element is constrained to the support structure and an external force acts on the external covering element, the electrical signal is indicative of the external force.

The invention relates to an arrangement for measuring radial forces of a bearing, the arrangement comprising a sensor frame (5) that is mounted adjacent to a bearing case (2) of a device, in a space (4) provided on the side of the action direction of the radial forces (F) of the bearing (3) in the bearing case such that it is exposed to radial forces of the bearing when the device is used; a measuring sensor (6) of radial forces which is attached to the sensor frame and is located in the sensor frame substantially on a plane passing through the radial plane of the bearing (3) or close to it; and means (7) for transferring measuring results provided by the measuring sensor (6) outside the sensor frame, the outer track (9) of the bearing (3) being in immediate contact with the sensor frame.

A fulcrum device for movably connecting-in a checking device such as a gauging or measuring head (1)-a feeler (8) to a bearing frame (2),includes a plate (10, 30) with a deformable section and an integrated transducer, for example a strain gauge (20). The integrated transducer is fastened in a seat (18) of the plate, and a protection system for the transducer features e.g. a closure plate (18) closing the seat. The plate can be made of steel, and the closure plate can be a steel sheet fixed to the plate by laser welding. A checking device and a modular system including such a fulcrum device are also part of the invention.
