摘要:
The present invention relates to a novel method for producing substituted and unsubstituted (2,4-dimethylbiphenyl-3-yl)acetic acids and the esters thereof of the formula (I) using homogenous and heterogeneous palladium catalysts, to the intermediate products 4-tertiary butyl-2,6-dimethylphenyl acetic acid and 4-tertiary butyl-2,6-dimethyl mandelic acid, and to a method for the production thereof.
摘要:
The present invention relates to substituted aromatic compounds of Formula (I) and their pharmaceutical uses. Particular aspects of the invention relate to the use of those compounds in the prevention and/or treatment of various diseases and conditions in subjects, including the prevention or treatment of (i) blood disorders, (ii) renal disorders, nephropathies, or renal disorder complications; (iii) inflammatory-related diseases; and/or (iv) oxidative stress related disorders.
摘要:
The present invention relates the use of compounds having the general Formula I, wherein the definitions or R 1 and R 2 are provided in the specification. Said compounds of Formula I are useful for the synthesis of a variety of g-secretase modulators, which are in turn useful for the treatment of diseases associated with y-secretase activity, including Alzheimer´s disease.
摘要:
The present invention relates to a novel class of γ-secretase inhibitors, including pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, which are useful as therapeutic compounds, particularly in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. The present invention also relates to a process for preparing said compounds as well as a process for the identification of such compounds.
摘要:
The present invention relates to a supported catalyst containing titanium, its preparation and its use in the homo-, co-, and ter-polymerization of olefin-unsaturated compounds. The present invention also relates to a catalytic system comprising a supported catalyst based on titanium and a co-catalyst selected from organo-derivatives of aluminum. More specifically, the present invention relates to a catalyst supported on silica, obtained by reacting a titanium halocarboxylate and a magnesium halocarboxylate with an aluminum chloroakylderivative, in the presente of a carrier consisting of high porosity silica. The above reaction essentially takes place in the pores of the silica itself.
