Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt Vorrichtung (1) zur Erfassung eines Brennraumdrucksin einem Brennraum einer Brennkraftmaschine, miteinem Gehäuse(2),einem in dem Gehäuse(2) angeordneten Drucksensormodul (3) zur Erfassung des Brennraumdrucks, einem in dem Gehäuse(2)angeordneten Trägerbauteil (4) zum Aufnehmen zumindest eines ersten Abschnitts (31) des Drucksensormoduls (3), undeinem Steckeranschluss (7), der mit dem Gehäuse (2) mechanisch verbunden ist, wobeider Steckeranschluss (7) durch eine flexibel verformbare Leitung (3113) mit dem ersten Abschnitt (31) des Drucksensormoduls (3) elektrisch verbunden ist, undwobei das Trägerbauteil (4) in dem Gehäuse (2) axial verschiebbar aufgenommen ist.

본 발명은 디젤 엔진의 엔진 헤드에 취부되는 글로우 플러그의 금구를 전장(全長)에 관계없이 가공이 용이한 둘 이상의 다단 분리형 구조로 개선하는 한편, 엔진 헤드에 체결되는 금구 파트(part)와 다른 부분의 금구 파트 중 적어도 하나의 재질 강도를 달리함으로써, 엔진 헤드에 체결시 체결강도를 높이면서 금구의 휨을 방지하고 제품 생산성 향상 및 제조원가 절감을 도모할 수 있는 구조의 글로우 플러그의 금구 및 그 제조방법을 개시한다. 본 발명은, 디젤 엔진의 엔진 헤드에 체결되는 디젤 엔진용 글로우 플러그의 금구로서: 상기 금구는, 상기 글로우 플러그의 축방향을 따라 배치되며, 재질 강도가 서로 다른 복수의 금구 파트들을 포함하여 구성된다.

A glow plug has an annular metal shell and a heater assembly including a central electrode and a heater probe. The metal shell is configured to receive the heater assembly therein. The central electrode has an elongate body extending between a terminal end configured for electrical communication with a power source and an attachment end. The heater probe has an elongate body extending between a proximal end and a free distal end. Either the attachment end of the central electrode or the proximal end of the heater probe has a recessed pocket with a tapered inner surface converging axially extending axially therein. The other of the attachment end of the central electrode or the proximal end of the heater probe has a tapered outer surface configured for receipt in the recessed pocket.

A method for fabricating electrically conductive silicon carbide articles includes doping and sintering submicron silicon carbide particles (100) using submicron alumina as the dopant source. Submicron alumina particles are made by milling aluminum powder. Despite the ductility of metallic aluminum, it is successfully ball milled in an aqueous medium through the creation and abrasion of successive layers of an alumina skin to yield alumina particles as small as 0.01 microns across. When suitably composed mixtures of silicon carbide and alumina are molded into a green body and heated sufficiently in a non-oxidizing furnace atmosphere, the alumina breaks down to metallic aluminum which diffuses into the silicon carbide. Thus, articles with desirable electrical and mechanical properties can be made with a mass as small as 2 grams.
