摘要: A shovel includes an upper-part turning body performing a turning operation on a lower-part turning body. An end of a boom is rotatably attached to the upper-part turning body. One end of an arm is rotatably attached to the other end of the boom. A working element is rotatably attached to the other end of the arm. An engine, a generator and an electric accumulator are mounted on the upper-part turning body. The electric accumulator includes a plurality of electric storage cells in which an electric power generated by the generator is accumulated. An equalizing circuit equipped with a discharge resistor and a switching circuit is provided to each electric storage cell. When there is a variation in the capacitance of each electric storage cell, the equalizing circuit is caused to function.

A power distributing part (60) compares the available electric power with the total electric power amount, and, when the available electric power is smaller than the total electric power amount, determines a distribution ratio of electric power amounts to be supplied to the respective electric loads (21,23,25) based on the priority to limit the electric power amounts supplied to the electric loads (21,23,25).

摘要: A controller includes a neutral control determination unit, a forward-reverse clutch control unit, and a commanded torque setting unit. The neutral control determination unit executes quasi-neutral control when a quasi-neutral control determination condition is satisfied. The quasi-neutral control determination condition includes cases where the forward-reverse operation member is in the neutral position. The forward-reverse clutch control unit keeps the forward-travel clutch or the reverse-travel clutch engaged during the quasi-neutral control. During quasi-neutral control, the commanded torque setting unit determines a commanded torque sent to the motor so that a neutral state is set where the output torque from the power transmission device to the travel device is kept at a prescribed value regardless of the drive power output from the engine.

摘要: A hybrid wheel loader includes a control device (200) that estimates output power of an engine (1) and an electricity storage device (11) when the hybrid wheel loader is inferred on the basis of output values of detectors (62, 63) to be traveling towards an object of excavation in order to perform an excavating work, and then, if the output power is less than target power considered necessary for the excavating work, accelerates the engine (1) to a target revolution speed while increasing the electric power supplied from the electricity storage device to a traveling motor (9). Accordingly, power necessary for excavation can be drawn from the engine even when the engine revolution speed is low and there is a fear of power deficiency occurring at the time of the excavating work.

摘要: A control apparatus for a hybrid construction machine which can continue filter regeneration without impairing the operability as far as possible irrespective of a condition of a machine body or a power storage device is provided.
The control apparatus for a hybrid construction machine includes an engine, a motor generator driven by the engine and capable of generating electric power, a hydraulic pump driven by total torque of the engine and the motor generator, a power storage device, an inverter, a filter that collects a particulate material in exhaust gas of the engine, and a control section that outputs a command signal for controlling powering operation or regeneration operation of the motor generator. The control apparatus further includes a powering operation limitation section that inputs thereto an ordinary torque command for the motor generator calculated by a torque command value calculation section and a demand signal for regeneration of the filter decided by a filter regeneration decision section and calculates the command signal in response to the input signals. The hydraulic pump (23) delivers pressurized oil to cylinders (11D) to (11F) in a working mechanism (11), a traveling hydraulic motor (25) and a revolving hydraulic motor (26). The revolving hydraulic motor (26) drives a revolving device (3) in cooperation with a revolving electric motor (33). The motor generator (27) and the revolving electric motor (33) are connected electrically to an electricity storage device (31). An HCU (36) sets a target electricity storage rate (SOC0) of the electricity storage device (31) and a pump output limit (POLO) of the hydraulic pump (23) corresponding to a mode selected by a mode selection device (38). The HCU (36) controls the engine (21), the motor generator (27), the revolving electric motor (33) and the electricity storage device (31) corresponding to the target electricity storage rate (SOC0) and the pump output limit (POLO).
