摘要： With respect to fiber-reinforced plastics in which a base member is at least partially reinforced with a continuous fiber-reinforced resin member, there is provided a fiber-reinforced plastic in which the continuous fibers forming the continuous fiber-reinforced resin member do not bend, and, further, the base member and the continuous fiber-reinforced resin member are made to favorably adhere to each other, as well as a method of producing same. Provided is a fiber-reinforced plastic in which at least a portion of the base member is laminated with, as a reinforcement member, the continuous fiber-reinforced resin member. An adhesion layer comprising a thermoplastic resin is present between the base member and the reinforcement member, the adhesion layer making the two adhere to each other. With respect to the thermoplastic resin of the reinforcement member, assuming Tg1 denotes its glass transition point if it is an amorphous plastic, or Tm1 its melting point if it is a crystalline plastic, and with respect to the thermoplastic resin of the adhesion layer, assuming Tg2 denotes its glass transition point if it is an amorphous plastic, or Tm2 its melting point if it is a crystalline plastic, then Tg1 > Tg2 or Tm2, or Tm1 > Tg2 or Tm2.

摘要： A method of producing a plate-like construction having a double-wall structure and its use. According to the present invention, several elongated profiles which have essentially straight central axes are arranged against each other in such a way that adjacent hollow profiles abut each other and together form, in general terms, a flat stack having two opposite sides. The hollow profiles are welded together in order to join them with welded seams, in which case the welding is essentially carried out simultaneously from both sides of the stack. Besides good flexural strength and the opportunity to recycle, thermoplastic plates which are produced by means of the present method exhibit resistance to corrosion, decay and mould.

摘要： The present disclosure is directed to a method of welding a gasket (14) to a spigot portion (18) of a pipe section (14). The method includes supporting the gasket (14) in a recess (24) on the spigot portion (18) of the pipe section (14). The gasket (20) includes a seating portion and a sealing portion. The sealing portion includes a first shoulder portion and a second shoulder portion. A first bonding portion extends from the first shoulder portion and a second bonding portion extends from the second shoulder portion. The first bonding portion and the second bonding portion are provided to bond the gasket (14) to the spigot portion (18). The method further includes heating a portion of the gasket (14) and an adjacent surface of the spigot portion (18) and applying a force onto the portion of the gasket (14) following the application of heat to fuse the gasket (14) onto the spigot portion (18).
