The compounds contain at least a perfluorovinyl group and at least a group selected among -O or one of the groups -NC N, -(C N)2, -NSO2R, -C[SO2R]2 or a pentacyclic group comprising at least a group N, C-C N, CR, CCOR, or CSO2R. The compounds and/or their polymers are useful for preparing material with ionic conduction, electrolytes and selective membranes.

An ionic composition comprises a salt dissolved in a solvent and has a conductivity higher than 10?-5 S.cm-1¿ between -30 °C and 150 °C. The cation is a proton, a hydronium, a hydroxonium, a nitrosonium NO+, an ammonium -NH¿4?+, or an organic or organometallic metal cation. The anion is a carbanion bearing a perfluorinated substituent or a substituent bearing at least a F on the α carbon of the carbanion, and two non-perfluorinated electroattractive substituents. Said composition can be used as electrolyte in electrochemical devices, as catalyst for chemical reactions, as photochemical or thermochemical initiator for polymerisation or cross-linking reactions.

The invention concerns a fluorination method for obtaining fluorinated compounds. The method consists in reacting with an ionic fluoride of a monovalent cation a compound of formula (I), wherein: M represents H, an alkaline metal, a quaternary phosphonium group or a quaternary ammonium group; Y represents SO2, and m is 1, or Y is PO and m is 2; Z represents CR2, N or P; R1 represents a carbonaceous and/or electron-attracting group which has a Hammet parameter σ¿P? higher than 0.4; R?2¿ represents a carbonaceous and/or electron-attracting group; X represents a halogen other than a fluorine. The fluorinated compounds obtained are useful in particular as electrolyte in lithium batteries.

It concerns in particular compounds such as a rhodizonic acid salt; a rufigallic acid salt; an ellagic acid salt; a thiocyanic acid polymer or 1-cyano-2-mercaptoacetylene; a polymer containing the units derived from ketopyridine; an alternate polymer containing benzoquinone and pyrazine units; a 1,2-dimercaptocyclobutenedione (dithiosquaric) acid salt; a 1,5-dihydropyrimido(5,4d)pyrimidine-2,4,6,8(3H,7H)-tetrone acid salt; a dicarboxylic acid salt whereof the groups are linked by conjugate segments; a polyamide derived from a dicarboxylic acid whereof the groups are linked by conjugate segments. The invention also concerns all the oxidation products of said compounds.
