摘要: A textile fabric containing a first electrically conductive thread and a second electrically conductive thread is disclosed. In one aspect, the first electrically conductive thread and the second electrically conductive thread cross at a first crossover point, wherein the textile fabric further contains an electrical connector establishing an electrical connection between the first electrically conductive thread and the second electrically conductive thread. The electrical connector contains a first contact pad in electrical contact with the first electrically conductive thread, a second contact pad in electrical contact with the second electrically conductive thread, and a first stretchable electrical interconnection connecting the first contact pad with the second contact pad. The first contact pad and the second contact pad are provided at a location different from the location of the first crossover point. Methods for electrically interconnecting crossing electrically conductive threads of textile fabrics are also disclosed.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method of integrating a interposer device with a textile layer, wherein the interposer device is a stretchable interposer device comprising a stretchable electrically conductive structure with at least one contact pad for establishing at least one electrically conductive path towards the textile layer. The interposer device is arranged to be mechanically attached to a textile layer comprising a plurality of yarns, at least one of which is an electrically conductive yarn. An electrical connection is established between the at least one conductive yarn of the textile layer and the at least one contact pad, which electrical connection is established after the interposer device has been mechanically attached to the textile layer.

摘要: According to an aspect of the present inventive concept there is provided a textile device comprising: a first fabric comprising at least one electrically conductive wire; an electronic component, wherein the electronic component is fixated to the first fabric and wherein the at least one electrically conductive wire is electrically connected to the electronic component; wherein the textile device has a transition region at an area of the first fabric arranged laterally from the electronic component; wherein the textile device further comprises a strengthening element at the transition region, wherein the strengthening element comprises: a second fabric arranged around the first fabric; and a thermoplastic material arranged in relation to at least a first portion of the second fabric, wherein the thermoplastic material is arranged around the first fabric and fills a spacing between the first fabric and the second fabric at least in the first portion of the second fabric.

摘要: A stretchable electronic device comprising a stretchable interconnection electrically connecting two electronic components, the stretchable interconnection comprising an electrically conductive channel having a predetermined first geometry by which said channel is stretchable up to a given elastic limit and a first flexible supporting layer provided for supporting the electrically conductive channel and having a predetermined second geometry by which said first supporting layer is stretchable. The predetermined second geometry has a predetermined deviation from the predetermined first geometry chosen for restricting stretchability of the electrically conductive channel below its elastic limit.
