    摘要: Deterioration of transfer characteristics from a molding die to a resin is suppressed. A method for manufacturing a wafer lens is provided with: a first step of moving a glass substrate (3), which has a photo-curable resin (5A) dropped thereon, to a predetermined position with respect to a sub-master (20) by controlling the position of the glass substrate (3), and holding the glass substrate (3) at such predetermined position; a second step of irradiating the photo-curable resin (5A) with light; and a third step of holding the pressing force of the glass substrate (3) to the sub-master (20) at a predetermined pressure by pressure-controlling the glass substrate (3).

    摘要: Es werden Walzen (1) und deren Verwendung zum Ausüben von Anpressdruck auf eine oder mehrere Materialbahnen (10,11) beschrieben. Gemäß einer Ausführungsform weist die Walze (1) eine Walzenachse (2) auf, auf der sich eine Mehrzahl von Scheiben (3) befinden. Diese Scheiben sind radial beweglich und üben den Anpressdruck auf die eine oder mehreren Materialbahnen aus. Der Anpressdruck der Scheiben (3) kann pneumatisch oder hydraulisch gesteuert werden. Derartige Walzen kommen insbesondere bei der Verbindung von gummiartigen Materialbahnen (10,11) im Rahmen von Reifenherstellung zum Einsatz.

    摘要: An apparatus for manufacturing products from a material which is thermoplastically deformable, as from plastic, comprising:
    - a mold with at least one mold cavity;
    - in the or each mold cavity at least one slide;
    - movement means for moving each slide;
    - closing means for opening and closing the mold;
    - feed means for introducing, with the mold cavity closed, said material in at least substantially plastic condition into the or each mold cavity;

    wherein the movement means for moving the slide are arranged for moving said slide forward at a relatively high speed relative to the movement speed of the mold parts upon opening and closing thereof, from a position at least partly retracted from the mold cavity, such that said material, as a result, is displaced in the mold cavity for obtaining the filling thereof, preferably at a speed high such that adiabatic heat development occurs in the or each mold cavity.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing thermoplastic flexible transparent PVC film (sheet) without flow marks and air pit is capably provided with high efficient production to upgrade the quality of plastic film (sheet), which is included the following steps: calendering melted plastic material by calenders into melting plastic film (sheet) with predetermined thickness, quickly chilling and setting the melting plastic film (sheet) with chilling water, removing water from the cooled plastic film, heating the plastic film to dry out any residual water and controlling the plastic film again to a temperature from 30°C to 85°C, and applying a pressure ranging from 1 kg/cm 2 to 8 kg/cm 2 on the plastic film (sheet) while winding it into a roll. Plastic film (sheet) produced with this method has good transparency and smooth surface without flow mark and air pit.
