The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for inducing differentiation into adipocytes and/or regeneration of adipose tissues containing, as an active ingredient, an exosome derived from stem cells differentiating into adipocytes. The exosome shows an excellent expression rate of bioactive factors influencing the differentiation into adipocytes and has the effect of differentiating stem cells into adipocytes. Accordingly, the present invention can be applied as stem cell differentiation inducing agents, injectable preparations for tissue regeneration, fillers for cosmetic purposes, preparations for tissue engineering, etc. Further, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for skin whitening, wrinkle improvement and skin regeneration containing, as an active ingredient, an exosome derived from stem cells. Improved techniques for establishing highly efficient, reproducible reprogramming using non-integrating episomal plasmid vectors, including generation of iPSCs from lymphoblastoid B-cells and lymphoblastoid B-cell lines.
