Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new OLED display panel, which can solve the problem of the cross talk, which is well-known for a passive matrix organic light emitting diode display panel, and can simplify the manufacturing process, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: It is a manufacturing method of an OLED display panel forming a luminescence display array in a base material, which consists of a process of forming a plurality of grooves, which is parallel in the perpendicular direction, in the base material; forming a plurality of 1st electrode lines in the above groves; forming cavity matrixes in the above 1st electrode lines; forming organic luminescence matrixes by filling an organic luminescence layer into the cavities of the above cavity matrixes; and further, forming a plurality of 2nd electrode lines, which are parallel in the horizontal direction, in order to connect this organic luminescence layer in the same level position, in the base material and the organic luminescence layers. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package which offers satisfactory heat radiating efficiency and reinforced EM shielding. SOLUTION: This package contains a board 20, and a semiconductor chip or die 22 is bonded to the board 20 by a die attaching material, for example, die-adhering epoxy 24. The die 22 and the board 20 are connected with each other by a signal transmitting means, for example, bonding wires 26. A ball grid array(BGA), preferably solder bumps (balls) 28 are formed on the underside of the board 20. The solder bumps 28 are used for external, electrical connection to the chip, and the ends of the conductive traces in the board are connected with the solder bumps 28. A heat radiating body 32, provided with a supporting portion connected to a ground pad 34, is placed on the die 22, and the gaps between the board 20, the die 22 and the heat radiating body 32 are filled with a molded compound 30. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier that includes an air cooling function and an air blowing function.SOLUTION: A dehumidifier includes an evaporator, a condenser, a compressor, and an expansion device, wherein a first fan is provided at one side end of the evaporator, and a second fan is provided at one side end of the condenser. The dehumidifier further includes a first outlet that allows communication with the outside, a second outlet that allows communication with the outside, and a check plate that opens and closes the first outlet or the second outlet, and regardless of open/closed states of the first outlet and the second outlet, a first passage is formed in the order of the evaporator, the first fan, and the first outlet, as well as a second passage is formed in the order of the evaporator, the condenser, the second fan, and the second outlet. When the second outlet is closed by the check plate, cold air produced from the evaporator is discharged from the first outlet by way of the first passage. When the first outlet is closed by the check plate, the cold air produced from the evaporator is discharged from the second outlet by way of the second passage.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus that have high efficacy and high compliance to cure obstructive sleep apnea.SOLUTION: The present invention provides the method and apparatus for treating obstructive sleep apnea by using negative oral pressure to a patient. The apparatus includes a vacuum unit for controlling and maintaining negative pressure of an oral cavity of the patient, a tube with one end thereof connecting to the vacuum unit to suck out air in the oral cavity to generate the negative pressure therein, and a mouthpiece connecting to the other end of the tube and fitting into and sealing the patient's mouth to prevent the oral cavity from air leakage. By using negative pressure in the oral cavity, the patient's soft palate and adjacent soft tissue are pulled toward the oral cavity and the patient's tongue is pulled toward an upper palate so as to maintain the patient's nasal air passageway open.

An electroluminescent device includes a first electrode layer, a phosphor layer on the first electrode layer, a layer with permanent accumulated charges on the phosphor layer, and a second electrode layer on the layer with permanent accumulated charges. By the addition of the layer with permanent accumulated charges, an external driving voltage applied to the luminescent device can be reduced.

The present invention relates to a Plasticizer, which is fabricated by mixing monomers of biodegradable polymer with bio-molecules subsequently to deal the mixture with thermal treatment. The Biodegradable material comprising the Plasticizer has high melt index which is contributive for the processing of thermal processing, and the microwave-tolerance and water-resistance of the material makes the material suitable for food packaging.
