PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored radiation-sensitive composition which can allow formation of a colored cured film having a uniform hue where color density unevenness is suppressed and which has good developability in coloring pattern formation and excellent pattern forming properties.SOLUTION: A colored radiation-sensitive composition contains (A) a coloring matter polymer being polymerized using a chain transfer agent having a LogP value of 5 or less and comprising a structural unit having a coloring matter structure; and (B) a solvent. The chain transfer agent having a LogP value of 5 or less is preferably alkyl mercaptan, and the coloring matter structure is preferably a coloring matter structure from a dipyrromethene-based metal complex compound comprising a dipyrromethene-based compound represented by the general formula (III).
