    【解決手段】磁性体層と、導電体層と、間隙層とを備えた板状部材を用いて、RFID用カード収容具およびRFID用通信補助シートを作製する。 このRFID用カード収容具および通信補助シートにおいて、板状部材は第1のRFIDタグと第2のRFIDタグとの間に配置されるよう用いられる。 すると、第1のRFIDタグ側に位置するRFIDリーダから磁界を印加されたとき、第1のRFIDタグは起動されるので、RFIDリーダへの返信が行われる。 一方、第2のRFIDタグは、導電体層で発生した渦電流によって反磁界が生じることにより起動されないので、返信は行われない。
