SOLUTION: An antenna element includes a cover layer disposed over a radiator layer, has a first ground plane disposed on the radiator layer, and has an aperture inside the ground plane. The radiator layer is disposed over a feed circuit layer which has a second ground plane disposed thereon. A cavity is provided in the radiator layer and the feed circuit layer by disposing a plurality of via holes between the first and second ground planes. The display part is configured to display a radar video based on an echo signal received by a radar antenna. The mouse is configured to select a partial area from an area where a radar video is displayed. The radar video generation part is configured to generate a radar video by performing different signal processing in a selected area as an area selected by the mouse and any area other than the selected area.
