    摘要： In a vehicle-to-vehicle communication system, when moving image information is transmitted between vehicles, a delay time acquisition unit determines a delay time that occurs when the moving image information is transmitted from a first vehicle to a second vehicle, and an applicability determination unit determines whether the moving image information transmitted with such a delay time is applicable to an application program running on an in-vehicle apparatus installed in the second vehicle. This makes it possible to transmit only moving image information which is usable by the in-vehicle apparatus.

    摘要： A hemostatic valve couples to a sheath proximal hub having an inside and an outside surface. The hemostatic valve has a valve body having a proximal porting and end, and a distal portion and end. A passageway extends longitudinally through the valve body between the proximal and distal ends. A sealing element is positioned within the passageway. The distal portion of the valve body includes a pair of contact surfaces forming an annular gap receiving the sheath proximal hub of the sheath so that the contact surfaces sandwich the sheath proximal hub forming a seal on both the inside and outside surfaces of the hub. The valve body and the sheath proximal hub includes two oppositely placed longitudinal lines of fissure that allow the hub to be separated into two halves with the valve body.

A plurality of inwardly directed arms have inner ends and have outer ends that are connected adjacent to the upper ends of the vertical rods. Apparatus can maintain the lower ends of the vertical rods in fixed relation to each other. Each horizontal loop can include a plurality of downwardly depending hooks. Desk chair mats can be suspended from the horizontal loop, preferably by the hooks. An upstanding cylindrical graphics-bearing surface can be supported upon the inwardly directed arms. The rack can be supported on a rotatable base.

A first thin film transistor supplies the data signal in response to the first scanning signal. In a liquid crystal cell, a pixel electrode is connected to the first thin film transistor and a common electrode is connected to the common line. A second thin film transistor supplies the common voltage to the pixel electrode in response to the second scanning signal.

    摘要： A medical device (10) including a tube (11) having a highly uniform and repeatable inner and outer diameter, the tube (11) possessing good trackability, pushability and torquability, and the tube (11) being highly resistant to collapse, necking or kinking during use. The tube (11) first includes a metal coil (14) in a stressed, radially expanded condition, the metal coil (14) preferably being formed as a flat wire. The tube (11) further includes a polymeric bonding layer (18) positioned over and contacting at least the coil (14). The polymeric layer (18) is preferably heat-shrinkable shrinkable tubing made of one or more of nylon or polyurethane. The tube (11) optionally includes an inner liner (20) beneath and in contact with at least part of the coil (14), the liner (20) preferably being composed of PTFE. The polymeric layer (18) maintains the coil (14) in its stressed, radially expanded condition, for example, by adhesion to the coil (14) (such as by thermal bonding to it).
