摘要: A coated cutting tool has a base material of a WC-based cemented carbide and a film formed on the surface of the base material by a chemical vapor deposition method. The coated cutting tool has a rake face, a flank face and a cutting edge ridgeline part positioned between the rake face and the flank face being provided, wherein a total film thickness of the entire film is 3 to 20 μm in an average film thickness, and one or more oblique cracks where an extension angle of the crack to the surface of the film is 45° or less are present at the rake face within 300 μm from the cutting edge ridgeline part.

摘要: A coated cutting tool with improved abrasion resistance and chipping resistance in which a cemented carbine substrate has a coating film formed on a surface of the substrate by chemical vapor deposition. The coating film includes a lower film with the average film thickness of 2 to 15 μm, formed on the surface of the substrate, and an aluminum oxide upper film, with an average film thickness of 1 to 10 μm, formed on a surface of the lower film. The lower film is an alternate laminated film formed by alternately stacking TiN films; each having the average thickness of 10 to 300 nm, and TiCN films each having the average thickness of 0.1 to 0.5 μm.

摘要: A disk recording-reproducing apparatus ensures a large transport distance of a tray which moves a disk-shaped recording medium between an ejecting position and a recording-reproducing position while decreasing a dimension in the transport direction. A drive section (47) is built into a tray (13) which can be extracted from and retracted into an external chassis (10) and moves a disk-shaped recording medium between the ejecting position and the recording-reproducing position. A pinion (56) comprises an output end of the drive section (47) and rolls on a rack (24) of a chucking slider (20) to self-propel the tray (13). After the tray (13) completely moves to the recording-reproducing apparatus side, an output from the drive section (47) of the tray (13) is used to move the chucking slider (20) to the ejecting direction of the tray (13). Then, a cam groove (23) provided on the chucking slider (20) is used to raise a base unit (30).

摘要: A robot vehicle for hot-line job for transmission and distribution lines which comprises an insulating boom formed of an insulating material at a tip end stage of multiple stage booms, a base end of which is supported on an elevated work vehicle to be capable of swinging, pivoting up and down, and extending and contracting, and a frame provided on the tip end of the insulating boom, the frame mounting thereon double arm manipulators of multishaft construction for performing a distribution work, a slide device for sliding independently these right and left double arm manipulators front to rear, and lifting arms of multishaft construction having a function of lifting a heavy article, so as to allow an operator to perform remote control. An electric actuator is used for driving the double arm manipulators and the slide device, and hydraulic manipulators for driving the lifting arms. Accordingly, a robot vehicle for hot-line job is provided to mount thereon a third arm which enables highly accurate positioning of the manipulators, remote control by an operator and automatic operation through a teaching-playback, has a function of lifting a heavy article, and is small-sized and lightweight.

摘要: A disk recording-reproducing apparatus ensures a large transport distance of a tray which moves a disk-shaped recording medium between an ejecting position and a recording-reproducing position while decreasing a dimension in the transport direction. 摘要: A disk drive unit advantageously prevents dust from adhering to a pickup. The disk drive unit has a housing and a tray. The tray reciprocates between a retracted position and a projected position. A first pickup and a second pickup have a spindle motor located therebetween. The tray has a first cutout and a second cutout. A cover is provided to cover the top of the second pickup in its retreated position. The cover has a cover piece, which is disposed in a front portion of the cover that is positioned on the upstream side relative to the rotational direction of a disk-shaped recording medium such that it is movable in a direction parallel to the direction in which the second pickup moves, and urged in the projecting direction.
