    摘要: Methods and systems for managing Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) service continuity include, with a source node in a communication system, providing an MBMS, processing an event that indicates that a User Equipment (UE) being serviced by the source node is to be transferred to one of a number of candidate nodes, receiving a congestion bit from each of the candidate nodes, and providing data to the UE that causes the UE to be serviced by a target node selected from the candidate nodes based at least in part on values of the congestion bits from each of the candidate nodes.

    摘要: A method is provided for an access node to perform channel estimation. The method includes, when a UE and a relay node are present in a cell with the access node, the access node receiving from the UE and from the relay node DMRS that are cyclically shifted relative to one another. The method further includes the access node performing a first channel estimation based on the DMRS that was transmitted by the UE, performing a second channel estimation based on the DMRS that was transmitted by the at least one relay node, combining the first channel estimation with the second channel estimation to derive a combined channel estimation, using the first channel estimation to demodulate control information received from the UE, and using the combined channel estimation to demodulate data received from both the UE and the at least one relay node.

    摘要: A method, system and device are provided for avoiding in-device coexistence interference between different radio technologies deployed in adjacent bands on the same device by allocating a non-interfering downlink signaling channel for downlink reception of interference avoidance instructions at the UE device. In operation, a user equipment device detects IDC interference and sends an IDC indication message to the radio network to get an appropriate solution, but instead of waiting at the current frequency to receive the IDC response from the radio network, the user equipment device moves to a non-interfering downlink signaling channel for downlink reception of interference avoidance instructions.

    摘要: Supplemental node transmission assistance in a wireless network provides for transmissions between a wireless network and wireless user equipment in a first direction using a serving node of the wireless network while providing for transmissions between the wireless network and wireless user equipment in a second direction using a supplemental node of the wireless network. The supplemental node is selected based on providing better channel conditions between the network and the user equipment in the second direction than the serving node. The supplemental node thus provides transmission assistance for the serving node in order to provide the best available downlink and uplink communications between the user equipment and the network.
