    Abstract: The present application relates to a battery, a method for manufacturing a battery, and a power consuming device. The battery includes at least two battery cells, wherein each of the battery cells includes electrode terminals arranged at end portions of two sides of the battery cell in a lengthwise direction, wherein a filling port for filling an electrolyte is provided in the electrode terminal on one side in the lengthwise direction of the battery cell, and the electrode terminals of the two battery cells are oppositely arranged in the lengthwise direction of the battery cells and are welded together to seal the filling ports. According to the battery of the present application, the filling port is provided in the electrode terminal, and the filling port does not occupy a space of an end cap, such that the size of the electrode terminal may be increased, thereby increasing the overcurrent area of the electrode terminal. Moreover, the entire battery is sealed directly by means of the electrode terminals without an additional sealing procedure, thereby reducing the cost and improving the production efficiency.

    Abstract: A battery and an electrical apparatus are provided. The battery includes a box, a battery cell, a thermally conductive member and a fixing member. The battery cell is accommodated in an accommodating cavity of the box. The battery cell includes a first wall and a second wall, there is an included angle between the first wall and the second wall, and the area of the first wall is greater than that of the second wall. The thermally conductive member is arranged in the accommodating cavity, the thermally conductive member is arranged opposite and thermally conductively connected to the first wall to perform heat exchange with the battery cell. The fixing member is connected to the second wall and the box so as to fix the battery cell in the accommodating cavity.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a shell, a battery module and a battery pack. The shell according to the present disclosure comprises: an enclosing frame which has two side walls, a top wall, a bottom wall and a receiving cavity; two end plates which respectively securely connect with the two ends of the enclosing frame. And each side wall is formed with a fixing rib protruding outwardly along a width direction, the fixing rib is provided with at least one through hole. A battery module comprises the above-mentioned shell. A battery pack according to the present disclosure comprises: a lower casing; the plurality of above-mentioned battery modules received in the lower casing; and a plurality of fasteners, each fastener passes through the corresponding through hole of the battery module to secure the battery module in the lower casing.

    Abstract: The present application relates to a battery module. The battery module includes a battery group and an insulating plate. The battery group includes a bus bar and a plurality of battery units, each battery unit includes a tab which includes a connecting segment and a bending segment. The insulating plate includes a plurality of plate assemblies, and the adjacent plate assemblies are connected through a connecting plate. There is an obtuse angle between each plate assembly and the connecting plate connected thereto. Each connecting segment passes through a guiding groove, and the bending segment and the bus bar are fixed and connected. The guiding groove can adjust the altitude of the tab as it passes through the insulating plate. The bending segment can be connected to the bus bar, then the process requirements can be met with a small space, which improves the energy density of the battery module.

The battery stack is disposed in a containing chamber of the housing. The cover plate assembly comprises a plate, a deformable plate and a module output, the plate is arranged to close the opening, the deformable plate is connected to the plate and is deformable in a thickness direction of the plate, the module output is connected to the plate and is disposed opposite to the deformable plate, the module output and the battery stack are electrically connected. The guiding component is disposed between the cover plate assembly and the battery stack, and comprises a guiding channel and an exhaust port, and the gas released after the first vent plate is opening flows to the deformable plate through the exhaust port and the guiding channel.
