Abstract: A data packet sending method including obtaining a first data packet from a first home address and sent by a mobile node, determining, according to routing control policy information, whether to enable routing control for the first data packet, backing up the first data packet, in response to determining to enable routing control for the first data packet, sending a backup first data packet to a designated routing node according to the home address status information in the routing control policy information, and sending the first data packet to a destination node via a current mobile router of the destination node through a tunnel with the current mobile router of the destination node.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and an apparatus for on-boarding network service descriptor. The method includes: receiving, by a primary orchestrator, a cross-domain network service descriptor NSD on-boarding command from a sender; determining according to the cross-domain NSD on-boarding command, that a secondary orchestrator needs to on-board an NSD corresponding to a management domain of the secondary orchestrator; and sending, an NSD on-boarding command to the secondary orchestrator, where the NSD on-boarding command is used to instruct the secondary orchestrator to on-board the NSD corresponding to the management domain of the secondary orchestrator, and a management domain of the primary orchestrator is different from the management domain of the secondary orchestrator. The method or the apparatus of the present disclosure can ensure consistency and reliability of an NSD on-boarding process in a scenario of NS deployment across NFVO management domains.

Abstract: An alarm information reporting method and apparatus are provided. The method is applied to an NFVI. A monitor is arranged at an NFVI hardware layer, a software layer includes a VNF virtual machine, and a monitor, an alarm classifier, and a virtual machine manager are arranged at the software layer. The method includes: detecting, by the monitor, physical resource alarm information and sending the physical resource alarm information to the alarm classifier; obtaining, by the alarm classifier, virtual machine information from the virtual machine manager based on the physical resource alarm information and sending the physical resource alarm information to an analog processor corresponding to the virtual machine information; and obtaining, by the analog processor, virtual resource alarm information based on the physical resource alarm information and reporting the physical resource alarm information and the virtual resource alarm information to a VNF in a virtual machine.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a data transmission method and apparatus. According to the present invention, when transmitting data by using a first radio bearer, a UE receives radio resource control connection reconfiguration information sent by a base station; the UE obtains a second radio bearer according to the radio resource control connection reconfiguration information; the UE sends radio resource control connection reconfiguration completion information to the base station; the UE transmits a part of the data which has not been transmitted by using the second radio bearer. The solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention are suitable to be adopted during switch between an adaptive streaming mode and a progressive download mode.

Abstract: Embodiments provide a fault management method, which can implement fault reporting and processing in an NFV environment. The method includes acquiring first fault information, including a faulty entity identifier and a fault type, of a network functions virtualization infrastructure NFVI entity, where the first fault information is used to indicate that a fault occurs in a first NFVI entity having the faulty entity identifier.
