The invention relates to a process for synthesizing a high-purity AFX zeolite, comprising at least the following steps: i) mixing, in an aqueous medium, of at least one source of silicon (Si) in SiO2 oxide form, at least one source of aluminum (Al) in Al2O3 oxide form, a nitrogenous organic compound of 1,6-bis(methylpiperidinium)hexane dihydroxide type, and at least one source of at least one alkali metal chosen from lithium, potassium or sodium, and the mixture of at least two of these metals, until a homogeneous precursor gel is obtained; ii) hydrothermal treatment of said precursor gel obtained at the end of step i) at a temperature of between 75° C. and 95° C., limits included, for a period of between 40 and 100 hours, limits included, to obtain a solid AFX-structure crystalline phase, termed “AFX zeolite”. The invention also relates to the high-purity AFX zeolite obtained.

The invention relates to a process for preparing a novel material comprising at least one crystalline organic-inorganic hybrid material (MHOIC) formed with a binding formulation comprising at least one hydraulic binder, said process comprising at least one step of mixing at least one powder of at least one crystalline organic-inorganic hybrid material with at least one powder of at least one hydraulic binder in the absence of solvent, followed by a step of forming, preferably by pelletizing in the absence of solvent or by granulation, the mixture obtained at the end of the mixing step.

The present invention relates to a process for the rapid synthesis of an AFX-structure zeolite comprising at least: i) mixing, in an aqueous medium, a FAU-structure zeolite having an SiO2 (FAU)/Al2O3 (FAU) molar ratio of between 2.00 and 100, a nitrogen-containing organic compound R, at least one source of at least one alkali and/or alkaline-earth metal M of valence n, with the following molar composition: (SiO2 (FAU))/(Al2O3 (FAU)) between 2.00 and 100, H2O/(SiO2 (FAU)) between 1 and 100, R/(SiO2 (FAU)) between 0.01 and 0.6, M2/nO/(SiO2(FAU)) between 0.005 and 0.45, wherein SiO2 (FAU) denotes the amount of SiO2 provided by the FAU zeolite and Al2O3(FAU) denotes the amount of Al2O3 provided by the FAU zeolite, until a homogeneous precursor gel is obtained; ii) hydrothermally treating said precursor gel obtained at the end of step i) under autogenous pressure at a temperature of between 120° C. and 250° C., for 4 to 12 hours.

The invention concerns a process for preparing a copper-comprising SAPO material with AFX structure, comprising at least the steps of mixing, in an aqueous medium, at least one aluminum source, at least one silicon source, at least one copper source, at least one phosphorus source, a TETA complexing agent and a TMHD structuring agent, in order to obtain a gel, and hydrothermal treatment of said gel with a shear rate of less than 50 s−1 in order to obtain crystallization of said copper-comprising SAPO material with AFX structure.

The invention relates to a process for the catalytic cracking of a gasoline feedstock for the production of light olefins, in which said gasoline feedstock is brought into contact with a catalyst comprising at least one zeolite NU-86, alone or in a mixture with at least one other zeolite, at a temperature comprised between 500 and 700° C., at an absolute pressure comprised between 10 and 60 MPa, and with a contact time of the feedstock on said catalyst comprised between 10 milliseconds and 100 seconds.
