摘要: The present disclosure discloses a method for preparing caprolactam including: (1) contacting cyclohexanone oxime with a catalyst to carry out reaction in the presence of ethanol and under the condition of gas phase Beckmann rearrangement reaction of cyclohexanone oxime; (2) separating the reaction product obtained in step (1) to produce an ethanol solution of crude caprolactam, and then separating the ethanol solution of crude caprolactam to obtain ethanol and crude caprolactam; (3) removing impurities with boiling points lower than that of caprolactam in the crude caprolactam to obtain a light component removal product; (4) mixing the light component removal product with a crystallization solvent to carry out crystallization and solid-liquid separation to obtain a crystalline crystal; (5) subjecting the crystalline crystal to a hydrogenation reaction; wherein the crystallization solvent contains 0.1-2 wt % of ethanol.

摘要: Molecular sieves comprising intergrowths of cha and aft having an “sfw-GME tail”, at least one structure directing agent (SDA) within the framework of the molecular sieve, an intergrowth of CHA and GME framework structures, cha cavities, and aft cavities are described. A first SDA comprising either an N,N-dimethyl-3,5-dimethylpiperidinium cation or a N,N-diethyl-2,6-dimethylpiperidinium cation is required. A second SDA, which can further be present, is a CHA or an SFW generating cation. The amount of the second SDA-2 used can change the proportion of the components in the cha-aft-“sfw-GME tail”. Activated molecular sieves formed from SDA containing molecular sieves are also described. Compositions for preparing these molecular sieves are described. Methods of preparing a SDA containing JMZ-11, an activated JMZ-11, and metal containing activated JMZ-11 are described. Methods of using activated JMZ-11 and metal containing activated JMZ-11 in a variety of processes, such as treating exhaust gases and converting methanol to olefins are described.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a process for converting one or more methyl halides to acyclic C3-C6 olefins, said process comprising the steps of (a) providing a feedstream comprising one or more methyl halides; (b) providing a catalyst composition; and (c) contacting said feedstream with said catalyst composition under reaction conditions. The process is remarkable in that said reaction conditions include a reaction temperature below 400° C., and in that said catalyst composition comprises one or more molecular sieves with a Si/Al atomic ratio ranging from 2 to 18 and wherein said one or more molecular sieves comprise a plurality of pores, wherein said pores have a shape of an 8-membered ring or less.

摘要: Catalyst composition which comprises a first zeolite having a BEA* framework type and a second zeolite having a MOR framework type and a mesopore surface area of greater than 30 m2/g is disclosed. These catalyst compositions are used to remove catalyst poisons from untreated feed streams having one or more impurities which cause deactivation of the downstream catalysts employed in hydrocarbon conversion processes, such as those that produce mono-alkylated aromatic compounds.

摘要: Provided is a Fluid Catalytic Cracking catalyst additive composition and method of making the same. The catalyst additive composition comprises zeolite about 35 wt% to about 80 wt%, preferably about 40 wt% to about 70 wt%; silica about 0 wt% to about 10 wt%, preferably about 2 wt% to about 10 wt%; about 10.5 wt% to 20 wt% alumina and about 7 wt% to 20 wt% P2O5, preferably about 11 wt% to about 18 wt%, and the balance clay which can fall between 0 and 50 wt%. The alumina is typically derived from more than one source, such as at least an amorphous or small crystallite size pseudo-boehmite alumina and then either a either a large crystallite size alumina or other reactive alumina.

摘要: Process for the preparation of a catalyst and a catalyst comprising the use of more than one silica source is provided herein. Thus, in one embodiment, the invention provides a particulate FCC catalyst comprising about 5 to about 60 wt % one or more zeolites, about 15 to about 35 wt % quasicrystalline boehmite (QCB), about 0 to about 35 wt % microcrystalline boehmite (MCB), greater than about 0 to about 15 wt % silica from sodium stabilized basic colloidal silica, greater than about 0 to about 30 wt % silica from acidic colloidal silica or polysilicic acid, and the balance clay and the process for making the same. This process results in attrition resistant catalysts with a good accessibility.

摘要: A new family of crystalline microporous metalloalumino(gallo)phosphosilicates designated MeAPSO-83 has been synthesized. These metalloalumino(gallo)phosphosilicates are represented by the empirical formula of: Rp+rA+mM2+wExPSiyOz where A is an alkali metal such as potassium, R is an quaternary ammonium cation such as ethyltrimethylammonium, M is a divalent metal such as Zn and E is a trivalent framework element such as aluminum or gallium. This family of metalloalumino(gallo)phosphosilicate materials are stabilized by combinations of alkali and quaternary ammonium cations, enabling unique, high charge density compositions. The MeAPSO-83 family of materials have the BPH topology and have catalytic properties for carrying out various hydrocarbon conversion processes and separation properties for separating at least one component.
