摘要: The present invention relates to an electro-luminescence display that is adaptive for reducing its manufacturing cost as well as reducing its process time.An electro-luminescence display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a gamma generator to output a reference gamma voltage corresponding to a control data supplied from the outside; and at least one data integrated circuit to receive a data from the outside and to generate a data signal corresponding to the bit number of the data in use of the reference gamma voltage.

摘要: An electro-luminescence display device including red, green and blue reference gamma generators each having three digital analog converters or more in order to generate a reference gamma voltage of low gray level and a reference gamma voltage of high gray level, and at least one integrated circuit to generate a data signal in use of the reference gamma voltage of low gray level and the reference gamma voltage of high gray level. Each reference gamma generator includes a first digital analog converter to divide a voltage supplied to itself in order to generate i numbers of voltage levels, a second digital analog converter to divide a voltage supplied to itself in order to generate j numbers of voltage levels, and a third digital analog converter to receive two voltage levels from the second digital analog converter and to divides the two received voltage levels into j numbers of voltage levels.

摘要: There is disclosed an electro-luminescence display device that is adaptive for preventing picture quality deterioration by operating a thin film transistor for an electro-luminescence cell drive at a non-saturation area to compensate a threshold voltage, and a driving method thereof.An electro-luminescence display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an electro-luminescence cell connected between a first supply voltage source and a ground voltage source to emit light by a current supplied from the first supply voltage source; a cell driver formed every intersection of gate lines and data lines and connected between the first supply voltage source and the electro-luminescence cell to control a current flowing in the pixel cell; and a pulse supplier supplies to the electro-luminescence cell a pulse amplitude modulation signal which is divided to have N (N is a natural number) numbers of different voltage levels from each other, and wherein the driving thin film transistor operates at the non-saturation region.

A sealed honeycomb structure 100 including includes a honeycomb structure having porous walls dividedly forming inlet cells and outlet cells, an outlet side sealing portion, and an inlet side sealing portion, wherein an opening area of the inlet cell is larger than an opening area of an outlet cell on a cross-section of the honeycomb structure, wherein at least one outlet cell is a reinforced cell where a reinforcing part for reinforcing the outlet cell is formed at at least one corner portion at which the walls on a cross-section vertical to an extending direction of the cell cross each other, and wherein the inlet cell is a non-reinforced cell where the reinforcing part is not formed at all the corner portions at which the walls on the cross-section vertical to the extending direction of the cell cross each other.

摘要: The present invention provides a non-PGM catalyst for burning carbon soot without using a noble metal, the non-PGM catalyst comprising: a cerium-praseodymium complex oxide and an iron oxide, the cerium-praseodymium complex oxide impregnated with silver (Ag). The cerium-praseodymium complex oxide illustratively consists of 60 to 95 wt % of cerium oxide and 5 to 40 wt % of praseodymium oxide, and silver (Ag) impregnated in the complex oxide is 1.5 to 3.0 parts by weight of the total weight of the complex oxide. The iron oxide may be an oxide in a form of particles separate from the cerium-praseodymium complex oxide in which silver is impregnated, and may be 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of the total weight of the cerium praseodymium complex oxide.

摘要: The present invention relates to a seed sticker for seeding and planting flowers or sprouts easily and quickly in a small vessel such as a pot at home or in a flower garden and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention is characterized by a seed sticker inside of which a seed is enshrined comprising: a transfer paper 10 wherein a coating layer 11 is formed on the surface of the transfer paper; an adhesive layer 20 which is formed on the surface of the coating layer 11; a seed pellet 30 which is enshrined on the surface of the adhesive layer 20; a red clay soil sheet 40 which is accumulated over the upper part of the seed pellet 30; and a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) sheet which is accumulated over the upper part of the red clay soil sheet 40 and covers both the seed pellet and the red clay soil sheet and the edge of which is bonded to the adhesive layer 30. It is possible to cultivate a desired kind of plant into desired forms by producing the seeds in a sticker form as disclosed above. In addition, soil of an appropriate height is already accumulated on the upper part in the seed sticker so that even a user who has never cultivated a plant before can easily and quickly cultivate a plant simply by putting the seed sticker in a vessel and watering the seed sticker, then allowing the seed packaged in the seed sticker to germinate.
