摘要： A method of manufacture an ink jet head in which an ink is jetted from a nozzle hole by applying an electric voltage to an electrode so as to deform ink chambers divided by a partition wall. The method includes the steps of providing plural piezoelectric base plates having polarization side by side on a first non-piezoelectric plate, forming plural grooves for the ink chambers on the piezoelectric base plates and at connecting portions where each edge of the plural piezoelectric base plates provided side by side comes to face other edge; and mounting a second non-piezoelectric base plate on the plural piezoelectric base plates as so to cover the plural grooves so that the ink chambers divided by the partition wall are formed.

摘要： A liquid jetting device having: a recording head including a jetting energy generating element; a drive circuit generating drive signal for the element; a liquid detection sensor detecting a jetting characteristic value of liquid jetted from a nozzle; a drive voltage adjustment unit adjusting a voltage value of the drive signal; and a controller to control the drive circuit, the sensor and the drive voltage adjustment unit, wherein the controller performs control so that the liquid is jetted, and creates a correction data from the jetting characteristic value; and the controller performs control so that the voltage value is corrected based on a value obtained by multiplying the correction data by convergence coefficient within a range from 0.50 or more to less than 1.00, and repeats correcting the voltage value until a detection result of the liquid jetted based on the drive signal after the correction becomes a target value.

摘要： In an image sensor, photoelectric transducers each consisting of a pair of a photodiode and a blocking diode, each of which has a semiconductor layer of an amorphous silicon thin film and two opposing electrodes sandwiching the semiconductor layer therebetween, are aligned in an array on a single substrate and are driven by matrix-wirings. One of the two electrodes serves as a light-receiving side electrode and the other electrode serves as an ohmic contact electrode. One of the light-receiving side electrode and the ohmic contact electrode is formed common to the pair of the photodiode and the blocking diode. Each of the photodiode and the blocking diode is formed by a Schottky junction between the semiconductor layer and the light-receiving side electrode.

摘要： A droplet discharge device having a droplet discharge head provided with a plurality of nozzles that discharge droplets; a plurality of pressure chambers communicating with the nozzles; and a plurality of pressure generating units for changing a capacity of each pressure chamber by applying a drive signal. The drive signal includes an expansion pulse and a contraction pulse, and the plurality of nozzles are divided into a plurality of groups each comprising one or more nozzles. A drive voltage value of the expansion pulse is set to be common to the respective groups. The drive signal which has a drive voltage value of the contraction pulse independently set in accordance with a droplet speed level for each group is applied to the droplet discharge head, and the droplets are discharged.
