摘要: A solder ball having a diameter of 1.2 mm or less, a dispersion of a diameter distribution of 5% or less and sphericity of 0.95 or more, an area ratio of the maximum dendrite being 80% or less of a cross section including a center of the solder ball, comprises a first additional element of 0.5-8 mass % of Ag and/or 0.1-3 mass % of Cu, and 0.006-10 mass %, in total, of at least one second additional element selected from the group consisting of Bi, Ge, Ni, P, Mn, Au, Pd, Pt, S, In and Sb, the balance being substantially Sn. The solder ball is produced by a uniform droplet-spraying method comprising the steps of vibrating a melt of a solder alloy in a crucible under pressure to force the melt to drop through orifices of the crucible; permitting the melt dropping through the orifices to become spherical droplets in a non-oxidizing gas atmosphere; and rapidly solidifying them.

摘要: Provided are: a closed-die forging method capable of preventing a temperature decrease in a to-be-forged member during forging, easy temperature monitoring during forging, and filling the cavity end portions of a die with the to-be-forged member; and a method of manufacturing a forged article using the closed-die forging method. The closed-die forging method includes covering a surface of the to-be-forged member (preferably a super-alloy) that contacts the lower die with a metal heat-insulation member (preferably stainless steel) prior to forging, except for at least a part of the surface that contacts an upper die during forging, placing the heated to-be-forged member on a lower die, and hammer-forging the to-be-forged member integrally with the metal heat-insulation member. A forged article is prepared by heat-treating the forged article obtained by the closed-die forging method (preferably in a disk shape) at temperatures not lower than the recrystallization temperature of the forged article.

摘要: A rotation transmission device includes a control retainer and a rotary retainer having bars arranged circumferentially alternating with each other such that pockets are defined between the adjacent pairs of bars. A pair of rollers are mounted in each pocket with an elastic member disposed between the pair of rollers such that the pair of rollers are pushed by the respective bars to their respective disengaged positions when the control retainer and the rotary retainer rotate relative to each other. A spring holder is fitted on an input shaft while abutting one axial end surface of an inner ring. The spring holder has spring support pieces on the outer periphery thereof to prevent radially outward movement of the elastic members. The spring support pieces are plate-shaped members disposed radially outwardly of the elastic members to extend in the axial direction in parallel to the outer periphery of the inner ring.

摘要: Provided are a manufacturing method for a blade material and a manufacturing device for a blade material, by which a long blade material can be manufactured without using a large-sized press forging machine. A manufacturing method for a blade material, in which hot forging is sequentially performed by molds from the root side to a blade (vane) tip, wherein when a root-side portion is grasped and a material to be forged is restrained by a mold, twisting is performed on a region between the grasped portion and the restrained portion. A manufacturing method for a blade material, in which hot forging and twisting are repeated, is preferable, and a manufacturing method for a blade material, in which hot forging is performed while molds are sequentially changed, is more preferable.

摘要: A speed reducer includes an internal gear, an input shaft coaxial with the internal gear, and an eccentric disk on the input shaft and rotatable inside the internal gear. A cage, at an end of an output shaft, coaxial with the input shaft, and rotatable between the internal gear and the eccentric disk has pockets fewer in number than the internal gear's internal teeth. Rollers are received in the respective pockets such that when the input shaft rotates once, the rollers circumferentially move by a distance equal to one internal tooth width, causing the output shaft to be rotated at a reduced speed. The root radius of the internal gear, the radius of the circumcircle of the rolling bearing, and the outer diameter of the rollers are determined such that roller gaps defined between the rollers and the tooth bottoms of the internal gear are controlled to reduce vibration.

摘要: A vehicle lighting device includes first and second light sources and a light guide lens that is elongate and extending along a direction oblique to a front-back direction of a vehicle. The first light source faces with a back end portion of the lens in a longitudinal direction of the lens. The second light source is arranged close to a front end portion of the lens in the longitudinal direction to emit light toward a back surface of the lens. The lens has a plurality of cut portions in the back surface. The cut portions are arranged parallel with each other in the longitudinal direction, internally reflect the light emitted from the first light source and enters the lens through the back end portion to a forward direction of the vehicle, and refract the light emitted from the second light source and enters the lens to the forward direction.
