    摘要: A fuel supply apparatus of an internal combustion engine is provided which can discharge air bubbles or air from within fuel supply paths while increasing pressure within a common rail up to a predetermined pressure level before a start of the internal combustion engine, can reduce a period of time of cranking from when an ignition switch is switched on and which can reduce noise that occurs when the air bubbles or air are being discharged.The fuel supply apparatus is provided with a flow rate control valve that adjusts a flow rate of fuel supplied to the common rail and a pressure control valve that reduces the pressure within the common rail. The fuel supply apparatus is further provided with: a pre-start drive control portion that performs a pre-start drive of an electromagnetic low pressure pump before the start of the internal combustion engine; a flow rate control valve control portion that maintains the flow rate control valve in an open state while the pre-start drive is being performed; and a pressure control valve control portion that maintains the pressure control valve in a closed state and performs a control that opens the pressure control valve at least once for a short time period while the pre-start drive is being performed.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a ferroelectric memory includes: (a) forming first and second contact sections on a first dielectric layer formed above a base substrate; (b) forming a laminated body having a lower electrode, a ferroelectric layer and an upper electrode successively laminated; (c) forming a conductive hard mask above the laminated body and etching an area of the laminated body exposed through the hard mask, to thereby form a ferroelectric capacitor above the first contact section; (d) forming above the first dielectric layer a second dielectric layer that covers the hard mask, the ferroelectric capacitor and the second contact section; (e) forming a contact hole in the second dielectric layer which exposes the second contact section; (f) providing a conductive layer in an area including the contact hole for forming a third contact section; and (g) polishing the conductive layer and the second dielectric layer until the hard mask above the ferroelectric capacitor is exposed.

    摘要: A cycle time/temperature controller for a combination corrosion tester includes a device for setting a loop number and a number of repetitions of that loop, a device for setting a sequence of test items within a loop including: a test temperature, a test humidity, and an operating time; the controller also includes a generator for generating an operative signal and a device for enabling the start of operation according to an external start signal and an output circuit for outputting a contact output corresponding to each test item for the set operating time; adjustment outputs for dry bulb and wet bulb temperatures are also provided, each output providing adjustments at the set test temperature and the set test humidity. The controller displays the current loop number and the number of repetitions and also displays: the test item number, the dry bulb temperature, the wet bulb temperature, the wet bulb temperature or humidity, and the time elapsed, during its operation.
