When it is judged that a present position of one of the output shafts thus receives is abnormal, the electrical control unit corrects the present position and transmits the corrected present position to the appropriate control circuit.

    摘要: In determining a starting point of a motor of an electric actuator during its initialization procedure, when a rotation angle sensor detects pulse signals in a certain initialization pattern, power supply to the motor is stopped by the control of a motor drive circuit. This electrical control of motor rotation enables the initialization procedure of the actuator to be carried out without using mechanical restriction means for locking purposes, and the influence of variations in the deflection amount of any stoppers is eliminated. The precision in determining the starting point in the initialization procedure is thus improved.

    摘要: A motor actuator for actuating a driven member includes a control unit and a brushless motor, which includes a coil, a magnet and a hall element. The coil generates a magnetic field when being energized. The magnet rotor is rotatable in the magnetic field generated by the coil. The hall element detects a variation in the magnetic field due to rotation of the magnet rotor. Then, the hall element outputs an output signal according to the variation in the magnetic field. The control unit detects a relative position between the magnet rotor and the coil based on the output signal outputted from the hall element, and controls energization of the coil based on the relative position. Furthermore, the control unit detects a location of the driven member, and controls the brushless motor to drive the driven member based on a rotation amount of the magnet rotor.

    摘要: The detection of a pulse signal in an initialization pattern is ensured regardless of the position where a DC motor is stopped. A CPU detects the pulse signal generated by the pulse generator and an angle of rotation of a rotating shaft, and controls an angle of rotation of a rotating shaft based on the detected angle of rotation. The pulse generator generates the pulse signal in the initialization pattern, which indicates the position of origin of the angle of rotation, in accordance with the rotation of the DC motor. If a determination means determines that it is impossible to detect the pulse signal in the initialization pattern when the DC motor is rotated in a first direction, the CPU rotates the DC motor in a second direction.
