摘要： An arousal level judging apparatus has a skin potential level (SPL) detection device, a potential change detection device for detecting occurrance and convergence of a pulse of the signal from the SPL detection device, the pulse being caused by skin potential response (SPR), a storing device for storing the SPL value as a reference value, and a comparator for comparing SPL with the reference value to detect a SPL decrease to detect an arousal level decrease of a driver, etc. The reference value is renewed at every occurrance of SPR. When the SPL value indicates that the arousal level of the driver has been decreased, an alarm is caused to wake the driver up.

摘要： An infant condition monitoring system has a sensor sheet including uniformly arranged plural pressure sensitive load cells. An ECU in an electronic unit connected to the sensor sheet calculates an infant's breathing signal, sleeping posture and weight data. Those signal and data are converted into data signals to modulate a carrier signal thereby. A transmitter in the electronic unit transmits a radio signal resulting from the modulation. A monitoring unit is constructed to be carried by a care provider. A receiver in the monitoring unit demodulates the received radio signal. An ECU reproduces the data signals including the breathing signal, sleeping posture and weight data, and determines a respiration rate, sleeping posture and weight. A display displays the respiration rate, sleeping posture and weight, and a speaker produces an output sound in correspondence with the breathing signal.

摘要： A load detection sensor unit for a bedding comprises a plurality of load detection devices and a signal processing circuit which is connectable to an external electrical unit. The signal processing circuit includes a plurality of analog switches connected to the load detection devices, a single output line connected to the analog switches, and a load resistor connected to the single output lines. The analog switches are turned on sequentially so that output signals of the load detection devices are serialized and transmitted to the external electrical unit through the single output line. The load detection devices and the signal processing circuit are formed integrally on an elastic film and connected through elastic conductors.

摘要： A vital signal detecting apparatus comprises an attachable device to be attached to a finger, a sensor having a light-emitting device and a light-receiving device, and a transmitting circuit for transmitting a signal waveform as a pulse wave from the sensor to a pulse wave monitoring unit. The pulse wave detecting unit also has an attachment detecting circuit for detecting whether or not the attachable device is in an attached state by comparing a signal waveform obtained when the light-emitting device is on with a signal waveform obtained when the light-emitting device is off and an operation control circuit for controlling the operation of the sensor, the transmitting circuit and the attachment detecting circuit. Preferably, the light-transmitting plate is disposed above the light-emitting device and the light-receiving device to pass light therethrough, and the light transmitting plate may be an IR-cut filter capable of blocking light of wavelengths greater than 700 nm.

摘要： A latent epoxy resin curing agent is provided which exhibits excellent solvent resistance and low-temperature fast-curing ability, and contains an imidazole-based compound as a main component. In the latent epoxy resin curing agent containing the imidazole-based compound as a main component, adduct particles formed through adduct reaction of an epoxy-based compound with the particulate imidazole-based compound are coated with an ethyl cellulose film. Furthermore, the surfaces of the adduct particles may be crosslinked with a polyfunctional isocyanate compound. A mixture of the epoxy-based compound, the particulate imidazole-based compound, and ethyl cellulose in a predetermined saturated hydrocarbon-based solvent is heated under stirring. Then, the epoxy-based compound and the particulate imidazole-based compound are subjected to adduct reaction to give a slurry of the adduct. After the slurry is cooled, the latent epoxy resin curing agent is filtrated.

The air-bag ECU has a power supply circuit, an electronic element, a noise protection line, a switching element and a voltage detector. The noise protection line is connected between an element line, which is connected to the electronic element and the squib and to the ground. 摘要： A switching booster power circuit includes a power switch, a booster circuit, a switching control, a voltage detector and a delay circuit. The voltage detector detects an input voltage value at a predetermined point of an electricity supply line from the power switch to an electric load, and determines the input voltage value to be larger than a predetermined voltage threshold or not. The delay circuit outputs an enabling signal enabling the switching control to operate, when a predetermined time period is elapsed after the input voltage value becomes larger than the voltage threshold.
