摘要： An antenna duplexer has an antenna terminal; a transmitting phase-shift circuit, one side of which is connected to the antenna terminal; a receiving phase-shift circuit, one side of which is connected to the antenna terminal; a transmitting filter connected to the other side of the transmitting phase-shift circuit and a transmitting terminal; and a receiving filter connected to the other side of the receiving phase-shift circuit and a receiving terminal; wherein the transmitting filter and/or the receiving filter is a composite filter, and the composite filter attains a characteristic having an attenuation pole at simultaneous transmission and reception time when transmission and reception are simultaneously performed, and controls respective impedances by the transmitting phase-shift circuit and the receiving phase-shift circuit to operate as a sharing unit and attains a characteristic where the attenuation pole is removed at non simultaneous transmission and reception time when transmission and reception are not performed simultaneously.

摘要： A series piezoelectric resonator 11 is connected in series between an input terminal 15a and an output terminal 15b. A first electrode of a parallel piezoelectric resonator 12a is connected to a connection point between the input terminal 15a and the series piezoelectric resonator 11, and a second electrode of the parallel piezoelectric resonator 12a is connected to a first terminal of an inductor 13a. A first electrode of a parallel piezoelectric resonator 12b is connected to a connection point between the series piezoelectric resonator 11 and the output terminal 15b, and a second electrode of the parallel piezoelectric resonator 12b is connected to a first terminal of an inductor 13b. Second terminals of the inductors 13a and 13b are grounded. An additional piezoelectric resonator 14 is connected between the second electrode of the parallel piezoelectric resonator 12a and the second electrode of the parallel piezoelectric resonator 12b.

摘要： A balanced high-frequency device includes a balanced element; at least one balanced terminal connected to the balanced element; a phase circuit having at least first, second, and third impedance elements, and electrically connected between the balanced element and the balanced terminal. The first impedance element and the second impedance element are connected between the balanced terminals in series, the connection point between the first impedance element and the second impedance element is grounded through the third impedance element, a series resonant circuit is formed by the first impedance element and the third impedance element. A series resonant circuit is formed by the second impedance element and the third impedance element, and an impedance to a differential signal component in the passing band of the balanced elements of the first and second impedance elements is set so as to increase to the ground plane.

摘要： A series piezoelectric resonator is connected in series between an input terminal and an output terminal. A first electrode of a first parallel piezoelectric resonator is connected to a connection point between the input terminal and the series piezoelectric resonator, and a second electrode of the first parallel piezoelectric resonator is connected to a first terminal of a first inductor. A first electrode of a second parallel piezoelectric resonator is connected to a connection point between the series piezoelectric resonator and the output terminal, and a second electrode of the second parallel piezoelectric resonator is connected to a first terminal of a second inductor. Second terminals of the first and second inductors are grounded. An additional piezoelectric resonator is connected between the second electrode of the first parallel piezoelectric resonator and the second electrode of the second parallel piezoelectric resonator.

摘要： With an antenna duplexer having balanced terminals, there has been a problem that the amount of leakage of common-mode signal components in the balanced terminals is large. A balanced high-frequency filter designed to solve this problem comprises a balanced high-frequency element and a phase-shifting circuit which includes a transmission line and placed between output terminals, and which is series resonance circuit having a length set to λT/2 (λT: the wavelength at a frequency in a transmission frequency band) and capable of resonating with common-mode signal components at a predetermined frequency.
