    摘要: A heater unit comprises a casing through which air flows in one direction from an inlet to outlets. A heater core is disposed within the casing for heating air passing therethrough. An air mix door is also disposed within the casing and has a pivotal end about which it is swingable for controlling the amount of air heated by the heater core and the amount of unheated air bypassing the same. In the above arrangement, air is difficult to pass through the heater core at a place adjacently behind the pivotal end of the air mix door whith respect to the direction of air flow. A tank portion of the heater core is disposed in the place adjacently behind the pivotal end of the air mix door with respect to the direction of air flow.

    摘要: The self-locating connector assembly includes a first connector receiving one of internal and external terminals. The assembly includes a second connector receiving the other one of external and internal terminals. The assembly includes a locator for slidably inserting first connector thereinto in an axial direction of the internal and external terminals. Respecting one of the first connector and the second connector are slidably locked with corresponding one of supporting members vertically and horizontally. Before the first and second connectors are mated with each other, the first and second connectors automatically correct a displacement between axes thereof. The first connector includes a recess, the recess including an oblique face for facilitating to mate with the second connector, the recess including at least a pair of parallel faces with an axial dimension and joined to the oblique face. The second connector includes a parallel face corresponding to the recess of the first connector. During mating operation of the first connector and the second connector, parallel faces of the first connector and the second connector automatically corrects the displacement before the internal and external terminals are mated with each other.

    摘要: A method for producing a cylindrical ceramic body having a hollow portion and having an uneven thickness includes the steps of: granulating a ceramic material powder to obtain granules having an average diameter of 50-90 .mu.m and an apparent bulk density of 0.60-0.80 g/cm.sup.3 ; mixing a binder with the granules to obtain a molding material; subjecting the molding material to an injection molding under a pressure of 500 kg/cm.sup.2 or less to obtain a compact; removing a binder from the compact to obtain a binder-removed compact; and firing the binder-removed compact. The method can excellently mold and produce a cylindrical ceramic body which has a hollow portion therein, which is very thin, and which has an uneven thickness.

    摘要: A liquid colorant for ABS resins is described, comprising 100 parts by weight of a pigment or dye and 25 to 2,000 parts by weight of a liquid polyester, and having a viscosity of 1,500 poises or less at room temperature. This liquid polyester is prepared mainly from an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and a dihydric alcohol, and usually has a viscosity of 10 to 1,500 poises at room temperture. The liquid colorant has advantages such as (1) the dispersibility of the pigment is good, (2) the colorant can be weighed precisely, (3) the colorant does not deteriorate the appearence of the molded article, and (4) the colorant does not deteriorate the physical properties of the molded article.
