By treating IgSF4, which has been identified as a molecule specifically expressed in lung cancer cells, with an antibody, and ADCC activity is exerted. Based on this finding, an anti-IgSF4 antibody is provided as a means efficacious in treating cancer, etc.

摘要: It is intended to provide a method whereby a plural number of antibodies against cell surface antigens are quickly classified and to provide a method whereby antigens of the thus classified antibodies are quickly identified. Further, it is intended to provide a method of promoting the utilization of the useful data obtained by the above methods. Furthermore, it is intended to provide an antibody which is effective in treating or diagnosing cancer. Namely, a method of classifying antibodies which comprises: (1) the step of preparing a plural number of antibodies respectively recognizing cell surface antigens; (2) the step of bringing each of these antibodies into contact with a cell of the same species; (3) the step of analyzing each of the cells having been treated in the step (2) by flow cytometry and thus obtaining data indicating the reactivity of each antibody with its cell surface antigen; and (4) the step of comparing the thus obtained data and classifying the individual antibodies depending on the similarity. A method of identifying antigens which further comprises: (5) the step of selecting one to several antibodies from each antibody group formed in the step (4) and identifying antigens thereof; and (6) on the assumption that antigens of the antibodies belonging to a single antibody group are the same or highly related to one another, making relations between the antigens having been identified in the step (5) and the antibody groups to thereby identify the antigens. An antibody against HER1, an antibody against HER2, an antibody against CD46, an antibody against ITGA3, an antibody against ICAM1, an antibody against ALCAM, an antibody against CD147, an antibody against C1qR, an antibody against CD44, an antibody against CD73, an antibody against EpCAM and an antibody against HGFR, each obtained by using the above methods.

摘要: A mail system having high security is realized by mounting TCP2 for mail communication between client apparatuses. The present invention relates to a mail communication system which is connected to a network and exchanges mails between client apparatuses provided with the existing mailers, and each client apparatus is mounted with a TCP2 driver. A TCP2 driver 34 includes a TCP2 core 36 and a mail system core 37 and an e-mail received via the network is processed in this TCP2 driver 34 and thereafter, is supplied to an existing mailer 31 of the client apparatus. In the mail system core 37 of the TCP2 driver 34, control of mail encryption and decryption, deletion of an unnecessary mail and the like is carried out.

An intermediary apparatus includes NIC (Network Interface Card) drivers connected to networks respectively and a network layer and a transport layer which include “TCP/IP” defining a communication method for communicating while carrying out routing (ROUTING) between any two nodes and is provided for a physical layer and a data-link layer including the NIC drivers. Between the data-link layer and network layer, the function of “TCP2” can be provided.

摘要: A data encryption transmission system and associated methodology is provided including a data input site that compresses and encrypts data based on a shared encryption key and then transmits the compressed and encrypted data to an external network. A database server which is operably linked to the external network and stores, manages, transmits, and receives data. A removable storage stores an identification code, and a client site which is configured to receive the removable storage generates an encryption key based on the identification code, receives encrypted data from the external network, decrypts and expands the received data based on the shared encryption key, encrypts the data based on the encryption key and saves the encrypted data, and finally decrypts the encrypted data and outputs the data using the encryption key.

摘要: The present invention provides a film-form base having one or more sugars or sugar alcohols dispersed as fine particles therein, and also provides a film-form preparation containing the base and a drug. The base is produced by dispersing, in an organic solvent having a solubility parameter of 9.7 or higher, an edible polymer soluble in water and the organic solvent, and particles of one or two or more compounds selected from the group consisting of mono- to hexasaccharide sugars and sugar alcohols thereof which have an average particle size of 0.1 μm to 60 μm and are insoluble in an organic solvent. The present invention can therefore provide oral film-form base and preparation which have a rapid dissolution profile in the mouth and sufficient film strength, and provide a reduced sticky sensation attributed to the water-soluble polymer in the mouth and an improved feel when handled with the fingers.
