摘要: A hydraulic system for moving an implement of a working machine includes a hydraulic cylinder with a cylinder and a piston which is adapted to move in the cylinder to thereby move the implement relative to a body structure of the working machine, and an actuator pump arranged to provide hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic cylinder having a first port and a second port adapted to be in fluid communication with the actuator pump, the hydraulic cylinder and the actuator pump being arranged so that the hydraulic cylinder is directly controlled by the actuator pump so that the rate of movement of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder is purely pump controlled, the hydraulic system further including a hydraulic accumulator for suspension of the implement, which hydraulic accumulator is arranged to be selectively connectable to the first port, the hydraulic system further including a further pump in addition to the actuator pump, the hydraulic accumulator being arranged to be pressurised by the further pump.

摘要: A payload weight of a load of material carried by an implement of a machine may be estimated taking into account angular acceleration of the payload. A lift cylinder pressure differential and a lift arm angular acceleration may be determined as the implement is raised through a weigh range. An angular acceleration compensation factor may be determined from the lift arm angular acceleration, and a compensated differential pressure may be calculated by multiplying the lift cylinder pressure differential by the angular acceleration compensation factor. The estimated payload weight may then be determined based on the compensated pressure differential and a head end cross-sectional area of the lift cylinder.

摘要: A work vehicle includes a control unit having a motor switch control unit and a motor command determining unit. The motor switch control unit controls a motor switching mechanism so that a third motor connects to a first motor when a first rotation speed is less than a second rotation speed. The first rotation speed is the rotation speed of the first motor corresponding to that of a rotating shaft of the third motor. The second rotation speed is the rotation speed of the second motor corresponding to that of a rotating shaft of the third motor. When the third motor is connected to the first motor, the motor command determining unit determines a command torque for the first motor and the third motor so that the command torque for the third motor is no more than the command torque for the first motor.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a hydraulic control system for a work machine that is capable of reducing the loss caused by flow division while reducing a decrease in the speed of a hydraulic actuator due to a combined operation. The hydraulic control system for a work machine includes a first hydraulic actuator, one hydraulic pump, a second hydraulic actuator, and another hydraulic pump. The hydraulic control system further includes operating instruction detection means and pump flow control means. The operating instruction detection means detects that operating instructions are issued to the first hydraulic actuator and the second hydraulic actuator. The pump flow control means individually adjusts the delivery flow rate of the one hydraulic pump and the another hydraulic pump in accordance with operation amounts designated by the operating instructions for the first and second hydraulic actuators. When the first and second hydraulic actuators are simultaneously operated, the pump flow control means increases the delivery flow rate of the one hydraulic pump to a higher rate than when the first hydraulic actuator is operated and the second hydraulic actuator is not operated.

摘要: In a hydraulic drive system, first and second multi-control valves are connected to first and second hydraulic pumps. A first regulator adjusts a tilting angle of the first hydraulic pump in a manner to decrease a discharge flow rate of the first hydraulic pump in accordance with an increase in a discharge pressure of the first hydraulic pump and an increase in a first power shift pressure. A second regulator adjusts a tilting angle of the second hydraulic pump in a manner to decrease a discharge flow rate of the second hydraulic pump in accordance with an increase in a discharge pressure of the second hydraulic pump and an increase in a second power shift pressure. The first power shift pressure is set by a first proportional valve, and the second power shift pressure is set by a second proportional valve.
