摘要: In one example, an apparatus comprises: a photodiode configured to generate charge in response to incident light within an exposure period; and a quantizer configured to perform at least one of a first quantization operation to generate a first digital output or a second quantization to generate a second digital output, and output, based on a range of an intensity of the incident light, one of the first digital output or the second digital output to represent the intensity of the incident light. The first quantization operation comprises quantizing at least a first part of the charge during the exposure period to generate the first digital output. The second quantization operation comprises quantizing at least a second part of the charge after the exposure period to generate the second digital output.

摘要: A display panel includes a base substrate, an array layer located at one side of the base substrate, a display layer located at one side of the array layer away from the base substrate, a protective layer located at one side of the display layer away from the array layer, first and second light-shielding layers and a light-sensing sensor layer. The display layer includes multiple light-emitting elements. The first light-shielding layer includes multiple first imaging pin-holes. The second light-shielding layer includes multiple second imaging pin-holes corresponding to the first imaging pin-holes. The light-sensing sensor layer is located at one side of the display layer away from the protective layer, for detecting images generated via the first imaging pin-holes. The second light-shielding layer shields beams emitted from pin-hole imaging light sources and totally reflected through a touch surface of the protective layer.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a pixel circuit, a driving method thereof and a display apparatus. The pixel circuit comprises a resetting sub-circuit configured to control potentials of the first node, the second node and the third node according to inputting signals of the first signal terminal and the second signal terminal; a charging sub-circuit configured to control a potential of the second node according to an inputting signal of the second signal terminal; a compensating unit sub-circuit configured to control the potentials of the first node and the third node according to an inputting signal of the third signal terminal and the potential of the second node; a reading sub-circuit is configured to control outputting signals of the first terminal of the light emitting device and the reading terminal according to the inputting signal of the fourth signal terminal.

摘要: A display apparatus including a first substrate, a second substrate opposite to the first substrate, a pixel array disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and a photoelectric conversion array disposed between the pixel array and the second substrate is provided. The pixel array includes sub-pixel units. An initial light from each of the sub-pixel units is converted into an electrical energy and a display light by the photoelectric conversion array. The electrical energy is stored and the display light passes through the second substrate to display an image. Display lights presented by two adjacent sub-pixel units have different wavelengths. The photoelectric conversion array includes photoelectric conversion cells. An area of each of the photoelectric conversion cells covers the two adjacent sub-pixel units and partially overlaps an area of another photoelectric conversion cell. Different photoelectric conversion cells covering the same sub-pixel unit have different absorption wavelengths.
