摘要: The present invention provides a temperature control method for a heating element, a night vision system calibration device and a system. The night vision system calibration device includes: a first housing, a heating element and a second housing covering the first housing. The heating element includes a heating area, a shape of the heating area being a shape of a target heating body used when a night vision system is calibrated. The second housing and the first housing form an accommodating cavity, and the heating element is disposed in the accommodating cavity. The second housing is provided with a through hole communicating with the accommodating cavity and adapted to the shape of the heating area, and the heating area is configured to emit infrared radiation through the through hole. In the temperature control method for a heating element, the night vision system calibration device and the system provided in the present invention, a target heating body for a night vision system used when the night vision system is calibrated may be provided, so that the night vision system after fault repair can be calibrated based on the target heating body, thereby improving the accuracy of the night vision system after the fault repair.

摘要: A method for determining a set point for a thermal sensor. The method includes: (a) distributing a layer of particulate material forming a build bed surface; (b) optionally, preheating the layer to a temperature below its melting temperature; (c) measuring a first temperature value with a primary or secondary thermal sensor; (d) depositing absorption modifier over the test region and/or surrounding area; (e) heating the test region; (f) measuring a second temperature value with the primary sensor; (g) distributing another layer of material over the preceding layer; repeating steps (b) to (g), such that the test region of each layer reaches a higher temperature than that of the preceding layer, at least until the test region starts to melt; determining a set point for the primary sensor from a characteristic in the evolution of the measured temperature values; and applying the set point to subsequent measurements of the primary sensor.

摘要: A method for estimating human body temperature includes receiving, via a thermal camera, one or more thermal images captured of a real-world environment, the one or more thermal images including thermal intensity values for each of a plurality of pixels. Positions of a plurality of human faces are identified in the one or more thermal images. A distribution of thermal intensity values of the plurality of human faces is determined. A position of a test human face of a test human subject is identified within a subsequent thermal image. One or more test thermal intensity values of one or more pixels corresponding to the test human face are identified. An indication of a body temperature of the test human subject is reported based on a comparison of the one or more test thermal intensity values and the distribution of thermal intensity values of the plurality of human faces.

摘要: An automated computer-vision system is used for timing the sand drainage in a sand management arrangement that handles flowback of sand and other solid materials in a slurry of flow from well(s) at wellsite(s). The automated system uses infrared imaging of flowback equipment to determine a level of solids (sand) in the equipment. Image processing of the temperature differences of the content in the equipment gives a demarcation of the sand and liquid separation in the equipment, which is used to determine how much sand is present. If the equipment is found to be full or above a predefined benchmark, the automated system operates a discharge skid to discharge the contents to a waste tank.

摘要: Apparatus and methods are disclosed for highly accurate remote measurement of sea surface skin temperature. Thermal band 8 to 14 micron images of the surface of the ocean taken by a downward looking infrared camera are processed to determine the optimum segments of the image to utilize. The influence of contaminating reflection of the downwelling flux from the sky and other error sources are removed and from the data and/or otherwise corrected for making sea surface temperature accuracy within several tenths of a degree possible.
