On the other hand, in the case where the load input in the axial direction of the coupling member 30 exceeds the predetermined value, the dynamic spring constant of the first bush 10 is set smaller than that of the second bush 20.

摘要: A modified diene polymer is obtained by decomposing a diene polymer having a carbon-carbon double bond in a main chain by oxidative cleavage of the carbon-carbon double bond to reduce a molecular weight, changing acido-basic properties of a system containing polymer fragments obtained such that the system is changed into a basic system when the system is acidic and the system is changed into an acidic system when the system is basic to combine the polymer fragments, thereby obtaining an intermediate polymer having an altered structure, and epoxidizing a carbon-carbon double bond moiety of a main chain of the intermediate polymer.

The method for molding a bead filler (11) including a thick-walled inner peripheral part (11a) and a thin-walled outer peripheral part (11b), the method comprising the steps of extruding, into an annular shape, rubber (R1) by a first extruder (30) onto a molding table (20) through a first die (31) provided with an opening having the same cross-sectional shape as that of the inner peripheral part (11a) while the molding table (20) is rotated, and molding the inner peripheral part (11a); and extruding, into an annular shape, rubber by a second extruder (40) onto the molding table (20) through a second die (41) provided with an opening having the same cross-sectional shape as that of the outer peripheral part (11b) while the molding table (20) is rotated, and molding the outer peripheral part (11b).

摘要: There is provided an apparatus configured to adhere a belt-shaped tire member onto a mold drum including: a feeding device including the belt-shaped tire member arranged so as to be capable of being fed and a transferring and adhering device configured to transfer the belt-shaped tire member from the feeding device side to the mold drum side and adhere the belt-shaped tire member onto the mold drum, wherein the transferring and adhering device includes: a transferring device configured to circulate between the feeding device side and the mold drum side and transfer the belt-shaped tire member sucked on the feeding device side to the mold drum side; and a separating unit configured to separate the transferred belt-shaped tire member on the mold drum side from the transferring device and adhere the belt-shaped tire member onto the mold drum.

摘要: A pneumatic tire includes a rib formed in a center region of a tread portion and extending continuously in a tire circumferential direction. The rib has a plurality of respective recessed portions disposed along the tire circumferential direction at a center portion thereof. A bottom surface of each of the plurality of recessed portions is formed of a pair of inclined surfaces respectively deepened toward both sides. A groove portion extending in a tire width direction toward a kicking-out side in the tire circumferential direction is configured to communicate with one side of the recessed portion.
