There is provided a wireless control apparatus applied to a wireless communication system that performs clipping processing not to transmit a spectrum of part of a frequency domain so as to transmit and receive data, the wireless control apparatus, based on channel state information with a wireless terminal apparatus which is a destination, generates clipping information indicating a frequency domain where the clipping processing is performed and determines frequency allocation for the wireless terminal apparatus to generate frequency allocation information, and notifies the wireless terminal apparatus of the clipping information and the frequency allocation information.

    摘要: To include a phase-difference-amount detecting circuit that detects an amount of phase difference between an external clock signal and a replica clock signal, a variable delay circuit that delays the external clock signal based on the amount of phase difference to generate an internal clock signal, and a replica buffer that delays the internal clock signal to generate the replica clock signal. According to the present invention, the variable delay circuit is controlled based on the amount of phase difference, instead of being controlled based on whether the phase of the replica clock signal is advanced or delayed with respect to the external clock signal. Accordingly, even when the amount of phase difference is large, a DLL circuit can be locked at a high speed.

Each holder 5 includes first and second receiving portions (9, 10). The first receiving portions (9) receive forces in a direction to push the first helical gears (3) toward backs of accommodating portions (7) by contacting parts of the first helical gears (3) when the shaft (2) and the first helical gears (3) are rotated in a certain rotational direction. The second receiving portions (10) receive forces in a direction to push the first helical gears (3) from interiors of the accommodating portions (7) to openings (8) by contacting parts of the shaft (2) when the shaft (2) and the first helical gears (3) are rotated in an opposite direction. Thus, the driving unit is assembled easily and the helical gears are held stably in both rotational directions.

The communication method contiguously using the frequency and the communication method non-contiguously using the frequency mutually have different PAPR (Peak to Average Power Ratio) characteristics.
