摘要: The invention intends to secure the control of duplicating information signals. In the duplication control method according to the invention, a main information signal containing a duplication control information transformed into a spread spectrum signal to be superimposed and a duplication control information superimposed by a processing different from the spectrum spreading is transmitted. The duplication control information transformed into a spread spectrum signal is extracted from the main information signal by the reverse spectrum spreading, and the duplication control information superimposed by the different processing is extracted from the main information signal. One information most closest to duplication prohibition is selected as an output duplication control information out of the plural extracted duplication control information. On the basis of the selected output duplication control information, the main information signal is controlled on duplication.

摘要: A direct-fuel-injection-type spark-ignition internal combustion engine has an ignition plug, a cavity formed in an upper wall of a cylinder, a fuel injection valve that injects fuel so that most of the fuel strikes a side wall of the cavity at an acute angle with respect to a tangent to the side wall at the point where the fuel strikes it, and a fuel guide portion that is provided in the side wall of the cavity and that guides most of the fuel to the vicinity of the ignition plug. The direct-fuel-injection-type spark-ignition internal combustion engine is able to realize a good stratified charge combustion by reliably positioning a major portion of combustible mixture in the vicinity of the ignition plug at the time of ignition.

摘要: A signal transmitting/receiving method and apparatus freed of the drawback of the conventional information multiplexing method (FDMA, TDMA or CDMA) that information multiplexing needs a bandwidth broader than the bandwidth of the original information, such that, if the bandwidth is scanty, the number of channels that can be accommodated is decreased. A signal transmission device 10 sends three different items of the transmission information, namely the transmission information items TA, TB and TC, from three transmitters 11A, 11B and 11C, by multiplexing communication via three different paths PA, PB and PC, using a transmission antenna unit 12. A signal receiving device 20 receives the three different information items TA, TB and TC, transmitted via three different paths PA, PB and PC, by receivers 22A, 22B, 22C, using a receiving antenna unit 21, for obtaining three different items of the reception information, namely the reception information items RA, RB and RC.

摘要: A method for recording information in form of a hologram. The method can generate a displacement signal by detecting a displacement of a holographic recording medium. The method can perform an exposure control operation that, if the sampling value of the displacement signal falls within an allowable displacement range, records the information item in the holographic recording medium, and if the sampling value of the displacement signal falls outside the allowable displacement range, blocks or reduces at least one of the information light and the reference light to a light intensity with which the information item is not recorded in the holographic recording medium.
