    摘要: In a valve timing control apparatus, phase-retard and phase-advance hydraulic chambers are defined among a plurality of shoes formed in a housing and a plurality of vanes formed integral with a rotor fixed to a camshaft. The rotor has a large-diameter portion formed between a first group of adjacent vanes and a small-diameter portion formed between a second group of adjacent vanes. The innermost end of a shoe of the shoes, opposed to the outer peripheral surface of the small-diameter portion, is configured to protrude radially inward rather than the innermost end of a shoe of the shoes, opposed to the outer peripheral surface of the large-diameter portion. A lock pin is located in the large-diameter portion of the rotor, whereas a lock hole, with which the lock pin slides into and out of engagement, is located in the inner face of a sprocket.

    摘要: The invention provides a friction joining structure comprising steel products, a friction joining steel plate inserted there between, and a fastening device, which are mutually friction joined by a compressive force derived from the fastening device. A portion of projected streaks on the friction joining steel plate is designed to have a Vickers hardness at least 3 times greater than the surface of the steel products, which allows the projected streaks to more easily enter the steel products thereby increasing the friction coefficient between the steel products. The friction joining structure is constituted by a slip resistance mechanism which can be easily validated from a theoretical or an experimental point of view and is also small in variance of the friction coefficient. Therefore, a friction coefficient used in design can be set at a high value with high accuracy to realize a rational design.

    摘要: Disclosed is a backside protective film (1) for a solar cell, which has a first resin layer (11) and a second resin layer (12) disposed on one surface side of the first resin layer (11). The first resin layer contains a rubber containing reinforced aromatic vinyl-based resin having a maximum glass transition temperature of 90-120° C. and an infrared transmissible coloring agent, and has a thickness of 10-400 μm. The second resin layer includes a saturated polyester resin and a white-based coloring agent, and has a thickness of 10-400 μm. The second resin layer has a dimension change ratio between before and after the film is left to stand still at a temperature of 135° C. for 30 minutes of ±0.5% or less.
