A high voltage gate driver circuit according to an embodiment of the present invention controls an operational range of an output signal of a level shifter to be appropriate for an operational range of a reshaper through a VIV converter. Even though the voltage range of the signal which is input from the high voltage gate driver circuit to the level shifter is different from the operational range of the reshaper, the input signal can always be recognized exactly regardless of the VTH voltage of the reshaper by controlling the operational range of the signal through the VIV converter. In addition, incorrect operation of the circuit can be prevented by erasing a common mode noise which is input with the input signal.

There is provided a flash memory device with multi-level cell and a reading and programming method thereof. The flash memory device with multi-level cell includes a memory cell array, a unit for precharging bit line, a bit line voltage supply circuit for supplying a voltage to the bit line, and first to third latch circuits each of which performs different function from each other. The reading and programming methods are performed by LSB and MSB reading and programming operations. A reading method in the memory device is achieved by reading an LSB two times and by reading an MSB one time. A programming method is achieved by programming an LSB one time and programming an MSB one time. Data having multi-levels can be programmed into memory cells by two times programming operations.

Disclosed is a longitudinal magnetic field compacting method and device for manufacturing a neodymium (Nd) based rare earth magnet in the shape of a butterfly for use in VCM of HDD or DVD, a disk or coin for use in coreless motors, and a block for use in linear motors, characterized in that a longitudinal compacting process is performed under a pulse magnetic field for orientation of rare earth powders in the direction of an applied magnetic field. Further, a compacted body of the rare earth powders has the same shape as end products, thus no additional processing cost, thereby lowering manufacturing costs. In addition, the rare earth powders can be subjected to an aligning process and a longitudinal compacting process at the same time under the high pulse magnetic field of 50-70 kOe, whereby the resulting rare earth magnet can have excellent magnetic properties of 42-50 MGOe.

Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a laminated polar anisotropic hybrid magnet, which includes separately mixing first permanent magnet powders having low magnetic properties and second permanent magnet powders having high magnetic properties with a thermoplastic resin to prepare first and second compound pellets, respectively, and firstly injecting the first compound pellets by use of a first injection mold, to prepare a polar anisotropic and anisotropic resin magnet, which is then placed into a second injection mold having an outer diameter lager than that of the first mold, followed by secondly injecting in a magnetic field together with the second compound pellets. The manufacturing method of the current invention is advantageous in terms of exhibition of higher magnetic properties of the laminated polar anisotropic hybrid magnet, and reduction of the use of expensive materials, thus generating economic benefits. Further, a flux density wave of the magnet can be easily controlled on the magnet surface to be suitable for performances and characteristics of the motors, and temperature properties of the magnet can be enhanced. Thereby, the entire manufacturing method can be efficiently carried out, therefore increasing productivity and reliability in practical use thereof.

Disclosed are a built-in dual band antenna device and an operating method thereof in a mobile terminal. In the built-in antenna dual band antenna device, a built-in dual band antenna has a first conductive antenna pattern formed on a board extended from the upper side of a main PCB and a second conductive antenna pattern on a board extended at a right angle from the upper side of the main PCB. A whip antenna is connected to the built-in dual band antenna, and contained in the mobile terminal when the whip antenna is retracted. A whip antenna driver extends or retracts the whip antenna. A duplexer separates an RF signal received from the built-in dual band antenna from an RF signal to be transmitted to the built-in dual band antenna. A controller processes the RF signals received at and transmitted from the duplexer and controls the whip antenna driver to extend the whip antenna in a speech state or upon a call attempt from a user.

The device has a flat antenna driver for shifting the direction of the flat antenna by predetermined steps; an RSSI detector for detecting the RSSI value of the received radio signal for each shifting step of the flat antenna; a position detector for detecting a position of the flat antenna through the flat antenna driver; a memory for storing the RSSI value detected for each step and the associated flat antenna positional information; and a controller for controlling the flat antenna driver and the RSSI detector, and for shifting the direction of the flat antenna to a position having the highest RSSI value by controlling the flat antenna driver. The flat antenna driver comprises a motor for shifting the direction of the flat antenna; and a driver for driving the motor under the control of the controller to shift the direction of the flat antenna.
